I understand there are new owners - so this is intended as constructive input. The bagels were very good and so was the coffee. The service and the staff is completely underwhelming. The staff was unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced that they had to take our order and fill the cream pitcher. I believe your success is dependent on your staff - they could really benefit from some consistent training and oversight from someone with a customer service mindset.
I had the cordon-bleu wraps and they did not taste cheesy or anything--I had to add a lot of hot sauce to make any kind of flavor impact. My wife loved her lox & bagels, though. Place is a bit small if you want to sit in and eat, but it's not a bad spot at all.
Great food, good prices, only issue I had was the online ordering breakfast sandwich customization page. I paid for extra bacon and the sausage got removed for some reason. Staff was great tho
