They will burn the hell outta every shaken espresso and decaf drink. Only things here not coming burnt are cake pops and some lemonades. Go to the one in Smiths next door.

Waited a long time for our order, people after us were served first. Cappuccino was weak, it was foam and no coffee taste at all . Barrista was irritated and argumentative when we asked her very friendly to rectify the order.

go elsewhere if youre going in the afternoon. ive been going every tuesday for a while now. i order a iced black tea lemonade. its always one adult in the back and some kid literally running around panicked. you get ignored for 20+ minutes and then never get what you ordered. i asked the young lady if she knew where my drink was, she actually made it for me quickly. the 5 star rating is for her. think for once management is the problem and whatever is in the back can wait.

Service was ok. I don't like the fact that sugar and creamer are not out front where u can make ur coffee . I don't know how much creamer or sugar they put in your coffee when they ask how much u want I never measured it. I guess I won't come back to Starbucks.

They NEVER make the drinks correctly. Store manager never makes changes all 5 times I’ve gone I’ve given the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe they are in training but I’ve lived here for 3 months and spread throughout I’ve gone here.

I have to drive to Santa Fe for it to me Made better.

I don’t know what the hold up is at this location. Pretty wild man. Pretty wild.

I love coming to the Los Alamos Starbucks! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They regularly remember me and my order which is always a treat. The lobby area is inviting and a great place to get some work done instead of staying at home. If I want a refill, I can use my app and get one. Sascha and the team here are amazing!

We’re regulars here and often use the app to order our drinks. They’re alway ready on time, and the staff is very friendly. I believe they are under new management and are training many new employees, so you may have to have some patience as they learn and rebuild the store.

I don’t normally give bad reviews, even when service is lacking. I understand that there are staff shortages and those working can get overwhelmed sometimes. But I think this time I need a place to vent about my continuous poor experience this store had to offer. I have spent more than 1 hour waiting for a drink after ordering ahead. I usually use the app to order ahead, but for two days in a row, I had my time wasted here when there wasn’t a long line ahead of me. On the first day, I ordered ahead in the app and went through the drive thru. For whatever reason, the car in front of me had to wait for an extended period of time before having their order taken at the drive thru. There were no cars in front of them. I waited 30 minutes, trapped in the drive thru. The order was eventually taken and I was able to get my one drink. Normally I’m okay with this.

But on the second day (which was today), I ordered ahead on the app and the drive thru was empty. I was informed that the drink I ordered wasn’t available and they offered a substitute drink instead. I accepted and went up to the window, where they instructed me to park at the front and they would bring my drink to me. I waited 20 minutes before going inside to grab the drink myself. To the staff’s credit, they attempted to reconcile their mistake, but I was already too far gone. I just took my drink and left before embarrassing myself due to the frustration I felt with them. I was already angry at this point for wasting an hour of my life at this store for two drinks I can make at home for cheap and much faster. If you can’t offer convenience for the price, why bother?

That said, I know we are all human and make mistakes from time to time. But this really caused a tipping point in me to have to write this review.

Wow! $14 for a grande caramel ribbon crunch with an extra shot of espresso…no extra shot, and I had to wait for 15 minutes! The place was not busy! I have never experienced this before. $14 with no extra shots! Terrible.

I rarely have issues here but after today I will make note that Sundays are to be avoided. Sent to wait for a drink for almost ten minutes after going through the drive thru. Went in after the long wait only to be rudely brushed past by one of the workers. Who was taking my incorrectly made drink to my now empty vehicle. I called her back in, asked if the drink was for *** and asked for it to be fixed after her affirmative. Got it, got underway, and while on the road found that it had no espresso. Now I get to drive with syrupy watery milk instead of the caffeine I needed. The crew on the rest of the week is fantastic. Avoid Sundays.

Would give 0 starts if I could ,unfriendly staff I guess they think they’re all gods gift to earth they never make drinks right ,snobby women employees . Today I was told that I needed to wait 15 minutes before I go pick up my mobile order which is pretty funny because usually you wait in line longer than 15 minutes and no one was in the drive thru line so I guess they just didn’t feel like doing their job this morning if that’s the case they need to put that on the Starbucks app (DO NOT HEAD to the store to pick up your order you need to wait 15 minutes !!)or they can remake my drink if I’m waiting 15 minutes and I get melted watered down coffee . I spend hundreds of dollars at this location and I won’t be back I would recommend going to to the Espanola location they make the drinks right !!! and don’t complain about customers giving them business
