Stopped in for a cold brew. First of all I noticed no napkins in both dispensers. Apparently done on purpose but ridiculous! The area to wash your hands had no soap in any of the dispensers! Also alcohol hand sanitizer dispenser empty. Noted an employee come out of the bathroom and go right to the work area. The handwashing area is outside the bathroom area so you can see. The coffee tasted like water and took forever to get!

Ordered at the counter. Waited 10 minutes. No cars in line and very few customers. Yet, they failed to fill my order or even ask why I was standing there so long. At least 5 employees were on staff. Finally I had to ask what happened to my order. Customer service needs attention.

Let’s be honest, reviewing a Starbucks is kinda pointless because they’ve pretty much mastered the art of taste homogeneity across all enterprises. So some of the things left to review are service and ambiance. Service here today was not amazing but they appeared to be understaffed and we’re still very kind. However, the view from the attached patio is incredible! Huge recommendation to sip your bevy of choice out on the deck overlooking a deep ravine and distant mountains with the cool mountain air blowing bringing scents of freshness. I always come here when visiting Los Alamos.

Espresso machine usually seems to be out.coffee terminology created confusion while ordering.It's nice to get coffee from before shopping. You won't get the best coffee in the world. But it will be warm and will have caffeine. A little too close to BBQ for me to be able to enjoy it as a coffee shop.
I’ve stopped at this location frequently over the last 4 years. I’m a very dedicated customer of Starbucks. Drinks and service has always been good. However my last two visits were not great. During one visit, the barista girl seemed annoyed and wasn’t very pleasant to interact with. She gave off a very unwelcoming feeling. During another visit a few days later, the same barista girl, yet again, seemed annoyed and wasn’t very pleasant to interact with. This time, while waiting for my order, I observed another girl from the bbq stand ask the barista girl a question. The barista girl looked at the girl from the bbq stand then turned away without saying a word. Her face was so serious. It was obvious that the girl from the bbq stand was left feeling dumbfounded. I felt bad for her. I’ll get my Starbucks at their next door location from now on.
