Let’s be honest, reviewing a Starbucks is kinda pointless because they’ve pretty much mastered the art of taste homogeneity across all enterprises. So some of the things left to review are service and ambiance. Service here today was not amazing but they appeared to be understaffed and we’re still very kind. However, the view from the attached patio is incredible! Huge recommendation to sip your bevy of choice out on the deck overlooking a deep ravine and distant mountains with the cool mountain air blowing bringing scents of freshness. I always come here when visiting Los Alamos.

Ice machine not working for going on the third week. After trying to order again, you are stuck in the slow drive thru line. Is the Frappuccinos really worth all of this?

The drinks and food are good however customer service is terrible a barista said quote *We are closing the line I stay in line * Barista Your an a***** Total j*** that's why they get a 1 star.

Espresso machine usually seems to be out.coffee terminology created confusion while ordering.It's nice to get coffee from before shopping. You won't get the best coffee in the world. But it will be warm and will have caffeine. A little too close to BBQ for me to be able to enjoy it as a coffee shop.

I’ve stopped at this location frequently over the last 4 years. I’m a very dedicated customer of Starbucks. Drinks and service has always been good. However my last two visits were not great. During one visit, the barista girl seemed annoyed and wasn’t very pleasant to interact with. She gave off a very unwelcoming feeling. During another visit a few days later, the same barista girl, yet again, seemed annoyed and wasn’t very pleasant to interact with. This time, while waiting for my order, I observed another girl from the bbq stand ask the barista girl a question. The barista girl looked at the girl from the bbq stand then turned away without saying a word. Her face was so serious. It was obvious that the girl from the bbq stand was left feeling dumbfounded. I felt bad for her. I’ll get my Starbucks at their next door location from now on.

If you want to find the world's worst customer service look no further! I took 25 minutes to get one drink, even though there were 4 people working. The young lady that took our order was very rude and dismissive. This place deserves to go out of business. I am never going back there again.

Serves single shots, calls them doppios charges for doubles, and when challenged "claims limited authority" deferring to "correct machine calibration".

Staff have been quite unorganized lately. Ended up cancelling my mobile order after waiting 15 minutes.

The girl up front decided to tell us after 10 minutes of waiting in line that we could not get a hot beverage. 10 minutes of waiting on my lunch break. She could have told everyone in line instead of wait until each person got to the front of the line. Terrible work ethic.
