Despite there was a spider crawling on my arm food was cold and the clelos is such an awesome server she's always on top of it despite her manager tim who came to assist us about the spider all he offered was to move us tables while I'm a big boy my client and I stayed at that table supposedly they sprayed for for the bugs but obviously they didn't do a good job Luckily Halloween is coming up hopefully there will be spider webs by the time Halloween 🎃 is here

Went to get dinner and placed a curbside order of two pastas one for me and one for my husband and my husband's pasta was perfect but I opened mine and I was missing bacon and the amount of noodles was so little I couldn't believe it... I hate to complain but we paid $17.00 a plate and that's not cheap...

I felt extremely bad for our waitress. I understand she's new & forgot to put in the appetizer. Whatever.but the bacon cheese burger came no cheese no bacon. We sent it back. Re order togo. No big deal. Split my meal just so i wasn't eating alone. Got the check $40 payed w $100 bill got $40 in change.?? Had to wait another 20 min for em to figure it out . Come here if you have time to spare & have plenty of patience.

We sat down at 2:08pm and ordered drinks . By 2:52pm drinks still aren’t there, waitress never came back to take order and she made eye contact atleast three times, but didn’t come. Short girls with brown hair and blonde streaks . Horrible waitress

My daughter and I decided to have lunch today. Very little people were there, looking like it just opened. We were seated quickly. Our server came right up and got our drink order. We waited and waited almost took forever for our food to come. Not sure if the server forgot to put in the order in or if something was bad in the back. We got our stuff finally. My daughter's salad was frozen. It took forever for the waitress to come around. Oh, that's right. She didn't! I had to flag her down. Finally she got a new salad. Watching the waitress she had another table that took over 30 minutes just to get their order. When I had to flag the waitress down yet again for our check. We asked for boxes. Then she had to separate the check because that stupid thing on the table didn't work. We went to put our stuff in the boxes. I had so much water in my salad that had melted...yuck. why are the salads frozen??? Check your fridge!!!!! Im not sure I will be back. Never really had a problem before. But, this is questionable

I waited at Togo for over 20 mins, without getting any kind of help, I tried calling with no answer. Finally had to go in to get my order, for them to say it was not on there screen, it was way after pickup so I'm not sure what they were talking about! Then they told me 5 mins later it was ready they were just bagging the order. I'm literally sitting here waiting, it has been over 10 mins since that last update! Something needs to be seriously done, where are the managers during all this?
