We stopped one evening at Applebee's when traveling from Denver to Arizona. The waitress said there would be a wait, so we sat at the bar. I ordered a chicken and shrimp dish and the chicken came out undercooked. The bartender/waitress apologized immediately and sent it back. It didn't take too long for the order to come back with the chicken properly cooked - but the manager was there first with an apology and statement that he would comp the entree. Everyone was so gracious that we made it a point to stop there again on the way back. The food was good, but the thing that makes this place stand out is the service. The waitperson was excellent. The same manager was on duty, and I think he sets the tone for service at this location. My only regret is that I don't have the manager's name or that of the 2 people who waited on us. They were all great.

The food was totally awesome, the steak I do not understand, I already at medium rare, and it was fork tender! However, I don't eat carbs and food additives, cause some form of allergic reaction, that took me to the ER immediately. Thereafter.. I have no explanation, it was not food poisoning,! My blood sugar jumped up to 600 and I had weakness of muscle groups, there is always a possibility, that I'm allergic to one of the underlying ingredients, perhaps a spice, or other, so I don't hold the restaurant responsible. Like I said before, I thought this was the best meal that I've had in more than 16 months, it was totally yummy going down. Today is December 25th 2025, I had intentions of bringing other people there, like I said, the food was totally yummy!

Despite there was a spider crawling on my arm food was cold and the clelos is such an awesome server she's always on top of it despite her manager tim who came to assist us about the spider all he offered was to move us tables while I'm a big boy my client and I stayed at that table supposedly they sprayed for for the bugs but obviously they didn't do a good job Luckily Halloween is coming up hopefully there will be spider webs by the time Halloween 🎃 is here

Went to get dinner and placed a curbside order of two pastas one for me and one for my husband and my husband's pasta was perfect but I opened mine and I was missing bacon and the amount of noodles was so little I couldn't believe it... I hate to complain but we paid $17.00 a plate and that's not cheap...

I felt extremely bad for our waitress. I understand she's new & forgot to put in the appetizer. Whatever.but the bacon cheese burger came no cheese no bacon. We sent it back. Re order togo. No big deal. Split my meal just so i wasn't eating alone. Got the check $40 payed w $100 bill got $40 in change.?? Had to wait another 20 min for em to figure it out . Come here if you have time to spare & have plenty of patience.
