My daughter and I decided to have lunch today. Very little people were there, looking like it just opened. We were seated quickly. Our server came right up and got our drink order. We waited and waited almost took forever for our food to come. Not sure if the server forgot to put in the order in or if something was bad in the back. We got our stuff finally. My daughter's salad was frozen. It took forever for the waitress to come around. Oh, that's right. She didn't! I had to flag her down. Finally she got a new salad. Watching the waitress she had another table that took over 30 minutes just to get their order. When I had to flag the waitress down yet again for our check. We asked for boxes. Then she had to separate the check because that stupid thing on the table didn't work. We went to put our stuff in the boxes. I had so much water in my salad that had melted...yuck. why are the salads frozen??? Check your fridge!!!!! Im not sure I will be back. Never really had a problem before. But, this is questionable

I waited at Togo for over 20 mins, without getting any kind of help, I tried calling with no answer. Finally had to go in to get my order, for them to say it was not on there screen, it was way after pickup so I'm not sure what they were talking about! Then they told me 5 mins later it was ready they were just bagging the order. I'm literally sitting here waiting, it has been over 10 mins since that last update! Something needs to be seriously done, where are the managers during all this?

We dined in on sunday march 9 at the los lunas branch as we live in the area . We wanted to try their menu special as advertised on tv. What a big scam! When we sat down they only gave us the main menu so we even have to ask for their special menu and our waitress tina acts like she doesn't know about it. So I ordered the chicken pasta and my husband ordered the shrimp and chicken. She came back after she put our orders in that they run out of green onions and red bell peppers so we said it is ok and informed the kitchen. Then she came back again advising us that they run out of the chicken pasta altogether. So I asked our waitress tina if all the food displayed in the specials menu are all priced at $11.99 and she said everything in it are all $11.99. So I ended up ordering sirloin steak. It came with just mashed potatoes and the steak with some mushrooms. No greens at all. When the bill came. I checked that they charged us $19.99 & $16.99 for sirloin steak and the shrimp and chicken respectively. So I asked tina our waitress why as she told us before that they are all $11.99. She apologized that she misunderstood the situation. The thing is. If she told us that they will be of different price. We would have ordered in their normal menu and get everything what it should be included in the dish. They just want people to come in to get more customers and then tell them they are out of this and that. If you want to attract more people be true to what you are advertising on tv and hold your end of the bargain and not under false pretenses.

OMG our waitress Koa was awesome! The food and drinks are great too. The place was clean, great atmosphere, and great drinks. The place stays open until 1am on Friday and Saturday. Sunday - Thursday is open until 12am. The prices are great! If you see Koa tip her big like her personality.

While with my family our server was koa , she was absolutely amazing she served my table , a table of 5 adults and 2 children she remembered all of our order w/ no notepad , kept good eye contact , and had great conversation, she has an extremely bright future and thank you so much you are absolutely amazing !
Koa is an absolute rockstar and truly truly needs mentorship into management. Her customer service is phenomenal, and she has an absolute awesome attitude! Not to mention the memory of an elephant, our entire order of 7 ppl and another of 2 on top of drinks for 4 like what?? Truly amazing asset to your team and I would let her influence my teams in a heartbeat! Fantastic job Koa!!
