I stopped going to Blake's when their burgers became smaller. Lotta became itsa burgers and itsa became reg burger. After 3 years I decided to go back and see if things got better. I ordered, two itsa burgers, one with cheese and green chili and the other with cheese. Well they forgot to put green chile in the burger. My itsa burger was the worst. The bun was hard. Will never go to Blake's again. Not only one, they are all just as bad. Bad burgers, bad service, and bad food. 👎

I would much rather wait 10 minutes for a well known famous breakfast burrito than to receive this whatever you want to call it because it surly was not a #2 (breakfast burrito add greenchile). It was more like a hot fresh tortilla filled with hard burnt hash browns that literally cut into my gums like plastic fork tips with cheesie eggs and sausage with a small hint of green Chile. Very disappointing.
The only problem i had we're the employees including the management..rude and have no customer service . Like to talk about bad about you while your still there. They need better manners and management..unhappy with this place

I was just at the Los Lunas main street location and the young man taking my order was very respectful. Very impressed by the way he handled my whole experience... great job Daniel!!!

20 minutes later and we received our burger and fries. What you’d think is that they had a shortage of workers, but no, there were six people working tonight. One cooking, one cleaning the lobby, and everyone else shooting the breeze not doing a thing.

Food is delicious but the wait time is ridiculous. There could be 1 vehicle ahead of you and you still end up waiting 20+ mins. The drive through workers are always pleasant. If you don’t mind waiting for your food I definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible service they act like they hate their job, I go quite frequently because it’s one of my favorite restaurants and they serve breakfast burritos all day but every time I go I always have a problem and I hate to be rude but they either give me the incorrect order or the wait time is over 20 minutes I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes and I had to go inside and they had my order ready and cold I was very upset and they refused to fix it. Other times the employees will be listing to music super loud and cussing and again not giving their best customer service by giving attitude towards you or just ignoring you over all. I wish this was a better experience

I stop by Lotaburger often for breakfast burritos, and while I usually enjoy them, there have been times when the quality really misses the mark. I’ve mentioned it to the staff before, but they always insist the burritos were made fine. I believe if I’m paying for a meal, it should taste right — otherwise, it feels like a waste. I’m not asking for much, just that if something isn’t up to standard, a replacement would be fair. A little understanding goes a long way. I love the burritos. I just hate that I have to always continuously ask them to remake it.

Ordered a sausage, green breakfast burrito this morning for over $7. Needless to say, barely any chili and I paid a rediculous amount of money for a piece of crap burrito! I guess I will not be wasting my money here ever again and go to their competition, Allinstante for something better. At least I'll get my hard-working money's worth elsewhere, who actually takes pride in their products!
horrible horrible. couldn’t make 2 burgers right. gave them another chance to make it again still didn’t make it right and the manager said there was no blake’s sauce in my burger but when i got home there was blake sauce MELTED into the cheese and its not an amazing taste i’ll tell you that. Still forgot to add the right garnish and cheese on the other burger too after telling and showing what should’ve been on there in the first place. manager is horrible and the staff don’t know what they’re doing and obviously cannot read a couple words on tickets they read everyday at work to make sure the food is made right. don’t go here. spend your money somewhere else
These guys literally ask what you want and charge you for it. But what do you get? Nothing that you asked for. Such a joke of a burger joint.
