horrible horrible. couldn’t make 2 burgers right. gave them another chance to make it again still didn’t make it right and the manager said there was no blake’s sauce in my burger but when i got home there was blake sauce MELTED into the cheese and its not an amazing taste i’ll tell you that. Still forgot to add the right garnish and cheese on the other burger too after telling and showing what should’ve been on there in the first place. manager is horrible and the staff don’t know what they’re doing and obviously cannot read a couple words on tickets they read everyday at work to make sure the food is made right. don’t go here. spend your money somewhere else

We have been ordering from Blakes for 40 years, amazing! However, we no longer get the food or service that we have learned to appreciate. Lately the food is mediocre and ordering on line is like a phone call to a foreign country, poor sound, difficult to understand and for the past 3 orders, usually messed up at pickup. Our last order was simple, two cheese lotta burgers and two fries. The auto response recording fell into a loop, did not accept our order. Then after another call, auto order stated we had placed order for SIX burgers. We called again. NEW ORDER PLEASE, CANCEL ALL OTHER ORDERS, LET ME SPEAK TO LIVE PERSON. A woman responded, live call. Two burgers two fries and reply was: $6.00. WRONG but hey great price. Are you sure? Correction, order is $31.00. WRONG WRONG. Are you sure? Correction, order is $21.00. OK! Now let's pickup our order (which has been incorrect last 3 orders). And hey, only a 40 minute wait. Now, yes, I'm laughing :) Not much else to do! Blakes is closest fast food to our rural residence, but lately, usually a disappointment.

I've lived in New Mexico for 30 years, and really never gave lakes a try, the sandwich that I had today, the original Lotto Burger, with onions, and green chilies, and double meat, for just a little bit. Less than $10, was a giant meal, if you have somebody visiting, New Mexico, it's a must do and to think that they actually give it to you through the drive-thru, April 29th 2025

I have been coming to this location for many years and enjoyed the food and friendly staff. Lately the food and service have been lackluster. During my last visit I waited over 40 minutes for my food only to find out that they had forgot to call out my name letting me know my order was ready. This recent visit I inquired if the prices and been changed because the meal was about $1 more than usual and $2 more than the Albuquerque location I visit, but nobody knew. I understand that prices have gone up but why the change from one city to another? I have been visiting this Los Lunas location for over 10 years and have had good and a few bad experiences. I've been given the wrong change, more than I should have received, several times and although I was thanked for correcting the issue; the cashier stated that they would have just kept the extra money if they were me. This last visit my burger did not have much green chile and was missing lettuce and pickles. I may have received the wrong order but I did not want to go back to have it corrected and calling does absolutely nothing as I found out in the past. Please do what you can to help your employees make this the best location in New Mexico.

Ordered online. Waited in the online pickup line 15 min past when my order was supposed to be done. Food was cold and order was wrong. This location has gone downhill the past several years. Will not be returning.

Made an online order and when I went to pick it up the lady over the speaker told me to wait a moment and I had no issue with that but, when 15 minutes go by and I get no response or reply to asking if I can get my order it's a little bit ridiculous. Some old man in the line started to get impatient so I left the line, which I had been sitting in 20 minutes by now, and parked and went inside to get my food only to see some old senile woman working the speaker so it's no wonder she forgot about me. The kid up front got my order for me right away and apologized even though it wasn't his fault it wasn't his station. I'm all for employing the elderly but at least put them somewhere that's not going to disrupt the flow of orders. At this point I'll drive to the bosque farms location strictly to avoid this store.

I always pay for for extra red chile and they almost always never give me red chile or very little chile in my breakfast burrito. What am I paying extra Chile for to not get any? It’s rare when they put extra red chile in my burrito.🌯 It’s an online order, how do they not see I pay for extra red sauce. 😫

I ordered a triple lotabuger the quality of the meat was horrible crummled bacon no taste the only good thing was Jennifer the manager that made it easier to swallow my food thank you Jennifer I will voice my opinion to corporate
