Employees are too lazy to do the job they're freaking paid for they can't make food, right?They can't get orders right.They take forever.What's wrong with the fast food place that can't do their job.

10/17/25 7:30pm. I tried this restaurant for the first time. The food was excellent and very quick to get my order. Despite a few bumps with my order the staff was very helpful and quick to fix it. Great job cooks and the lady at the front was absolutely amazing

Normally you can go wrong here. But these last few weeks the food has been very poor. If you’re planning on getting taco burgers just don’t. They are always sandbagged. The tortilla if soft soggy and stale. I have never had a taco burger that is softer than a tortilla burger. I’m not sure if this is due to poor management or if it is left over from the rush. But I will definitely be taking a few months way from this establishment.

Frito pies and the tortilla burgers are my go to. My family does like the chili cheese fries but I like mine a little more crispy with a perfect amount of cheese and chili. Thank you Bob and all of your stall! Be blessed.

OCTOBER BEAR
I came in to Bob's Burgers for the first time and was so impressed I had to reach out about my experience! The food was delicious but the staff was the most positive and respectful staff I've ever encountered. Rebecca was our cashier and she was so kind and delightful. During our meal the whole staff was just as kind to other customers and the way they talked to each other was admirable. They deserve a raise! We will definitely be back.

Originally I was served this junk ( a cold slice of cheese on my fries, multiple orders) a month ago, I complained to a main manager in Albuquerque. To fix it she said the Los Lumas manager will give me a $30 gift card. I picked it up from the Los Lunas manager. Awesome right?! Wrong! Today I tried using it and the employee looked up the amount and it was ZERO. The Los Lunas manager literally gave an empty gift card! Never will deal with Bob's los Lunas again. Terrible manager.
The food, and service were very good. The dining room was very clean. The restrooms both had a real bad sewer smell, besides the place is great.

Have you had a taco 🌮 burger lately? We bought a dozen today cuz they're on sale. But I freaked out when we got home to eat. They are full of lettuce and the patty is like a half a slice of bologna. They are a rip off. I won't be back
