Horrible waited over 30mins in line for an online order. Manager just said sorry im short staffed wasn't very nice didn't care at all. Not the first time I've had crappy services at this bobs location. Just this time was ridiculous waiting that long.

I called to make a call in order for three taco burgers, a Frito pie with a drink and then also a chili cheese fry and a drink and I received everything but my chili cheese fried. I spoke to James just now at 12:06 He reported that I wasn’t able to have the managers phone number for some reason to make a complaint that I’m not allowed to have the managers phone number at all. Also him and the lady that were at the drive-through today was super disrespectful and super unprofessional. I got charged the wrong amount as well. I was not happy with the service, especially the lady’s attitude

Always love to eat here, reasonably priced, clean and pleasant atmosphere, polite and respectful employees. My favorite is the Ranchero Burger with a large red chili cheese fry and a coke!
Parking: On corner of shopping mall there is always parking available at Bobs.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is often very responsive, respectful and reliable.

I go into Lunas to get my mom her taco burger . She stays at the Senior assistance nearby and she loves having her taco burger on Tuesday. Los L Bobs is always hot food and great service. I’ve been to other Bobs and familiar with the owners used to work for a food service office. Keep up the good work and tell Clifford, you guys are number one. My mom gets her chili fix once a week

Called 15 times to do a call in order cause they take FORVER to get orders ready and no one ever answered the phone, I pull up to the restaurant and it’s empty . This place definitely needs new management and a janitor

Elisha is one of the rudest people I've met in awhile. I tried to call in an order. This girl obviously doesn't like her job or something. When I asked if I could place an order she very rudely replies "It'll be a minute" and put the phone down. While waiting for about 5 minutes or so I arrived at the location in Los lunas, and as I pulled up, She finally got back on the phone, asked what I wanted and then hung up on me. When I walked in to order, they had 1 person sitting and 1 car in the drive thru. They weren't even busy andshe had sour look on her face. So this girl has attitude with people in the phone and with people walking in to the restaurant. I did not mention to her that I was the guy on the phone that she left on hold and hung up on. after I completed the order. No, have a nice day or thank you. Or nothing. Judging by the clothing she looked like she might have been the manager. poor selection of management. No people skills and not very friendly

2nd time it's happened to me, Chilli was water down my foot long Chili dog was a bloody mess, soggy and I can't complain to the manager because she's the one who baged it.
