Every single time we go there we go with the attitude that the next time it will be better . And it doesn’t it gets worse the wings dry fries cold take it or leave it attitude from the servers beer taste bitter and like soap not good to me at all we will never go back to that location again I’ve even told my friends and family not to go there as far as food and service goes I would half to say shape up or ship out let another chicken establishment come in that actually cares about there food and customers and your wait staff and management should be more worried about there customers then just sitting around on there cell phones

I used to love going to this BWW but now it’s just the worst place ever, I’ve had 3 different times where I’ve went to pick up my order and it’s either wrong or takes longer than expected. The first time I waited 10 minutes after the time the app said my order would be ready and no staff will even acknowledge me and 5+ people were waiting. The second time I waited 25 minutes without NO ONE asking if I needed help there was 8 people waiting to pick up food as well and the place was nearly empty, and the staff was sitting at a corner table just talking. And this last time we picked up the food drove home just to realize the whole order was wrong and I was missing my fries and yes I know it was my fault for not checking the bag but that is not my job. Super disappointed in this restaurant and no one caring, I’ve asked for the manager and they always say there’s no one there.

I’ve had bad service before at other places, but this one takes the cake. A beer took over 40 minutes. While people sitting at the bar were getting back to back drinks while chit chatting with the one bartender. When our food arrived ( over an hour from when we ordered) we received some of the wings wrong and to top it off they were all cold. The trainee that took our order was bad but at least the girl who was training her took over and made things kind of right for us. Judging by experience and the rest of the reviews on here I can definitely agree they need new management or some wayyy better servers, cooks, and bartenders. Place wasn’t even that busy. 2 stars on the atmosphere because I at least enjoyed a few of the karaoke songs people were singing while I sipped my water. Don’t need B-dubs to reply to my review. You all can save your time. Never going back.

Tried this place again I hopes things are better took almost 15 minutes just to get water and other 20 minutes for our drinks and forever for the food by the time my pretzels came out the cheese had a layer that was dried out on It indicating its been Sitting in the window slow slow slow service !!! Its better just to come here just for the drinks and sitting at the bar ! This place need a total change in management for sure you can tell no one cares about customer service as we speak there's a whole crowd at the front and empty tables all over to slow for service to suck this bad when we first got here

Once she noticed we hadn't been helped, she was on top of it pretty much.
Sad because BBW is a favorite place to eat but not at this location. Would give negative stars if I could. With less than 10 customers we waited a solid 10mins nobody acknowledged that we were there even after eye contact with multiple employees. We ended up sitting ourselves, got our own menus waited longer finally went to tell a server we were there and ready to order she said she would tell OUR server we waited another 10mins of not even being acknowledged and finally ended up just leaving.

We should have listened and to the gentleman who was leaving mad as we were waiting he said they had terrible service. We waited for 30 minutes to be seated then more for the waiter to ask for our drink order then she brought the wrong drinks,t waited more for her to come back to take our order finally after waiting forever we got our food was it was cold and the cheesesteak sandwich had only cheese sauce. We will never be going back paid over $90 for cold food and a cheese sandwich management should really look into this place service is awful!!!

Went to pick up an order, almost got home which is about 20 minutes away, and I found that they hadn't given me the cheese curds I had ordered with my meal. Had to turn around and drive all the way back and wait for unnatentive staff to address the issue, meanwhile my food has already gotten cold. They finally bring me the cheese curds without any sort of apology for the wasted time and gas due to the mistake, and when I finally get home I find that they also forgot the salsa and chocolate milk for my daughter's order. To top it off the wings were dry and rubbery and the frys were soggy. Don't go here for wings, find somewhere that actually pays attention to order fulfillment and serves decent quality food.

I’ve got to say this what the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever went to the service was slow for context me and my dad came here and my dad and I told the lady un sweet tea and the server brings sweet tea and I’m not sure if that was our mistake but still and the grilled chicken strips were kinda chewy and then we had to ask another server to get our original server so I’m going to say this up front this place was the worst (I don’t have any pictures but take my work do go here)
