This is the worst service I have ever received. Absolutely terrible, went for a graduation celebration and it took 1 and 1/2 hours to get food, and we only saw our waitress 4 times the whole night. I had to track someone down to pay. I will not be returning to this place again.
Dont GO HERE!!!!This place has been awful everytime we've gone.. BAD service BAD management and bad food!! Yesterday we ordered a to go order, we decided to stay and eat so I called to let them know. When we got there they had our food already in to go boxs.. no big deal. She put us in a booth and gave us only part the order and left.. no drinks, no napkins, no carrots, no celery, no ranch, no blue cheese and cold fries.. not to mention my daughter order was wrong.. when We requested drinks and the rest of the missing order, she said a waiter would come.. he Said someone else would help us. 30 minutes later.. still nothing š requested to talked to the manger.. 2 people came and did nothing to help but look at us and say we'll get what u said.. After all this we still didn't get a drink we ordered from the bar because we ordered to go and charged our mind.. no apologies from anyone. Not to mention when we got the ranch the waitress spilled it all over my daughter dads leg and shoes and only cleaned what she spilled on the floor.. never ever again!!!

Edit to add: Wow.. after glancing at the other reviews, it is remarkable how many 1 star reviews, specifically mentioning the manager Tanya by name, there have been without a district manager (or anyone else) addressing it. Iām thinking this may need to be escalated to the BBB because at this point, this particular restaurant is a scam.
Ordered two boneless bundles and when we got there, they gave us bone-in for one of the orders. We told them we had ordered boneless only and they said weād have to wait for them to make the wings. Not wanting our food to get cold, we asked if we could receive a credit for the incorrect wings instead- which they initially told us they could not do. So we left.
Once we left, I called the store and asked if I could speak to a manager. The girl who answered asked what it was for and I told her āit is about our order being wrong and nobody wanting to help us resolve it while we were thereā. She knew immediately and asked if it was about the missing boneless wings. When I responded yes, she told me āshe forgot she could print our ticket to have a credit processedā. I told her thank you and we hung up.
Since she gave no further instruction, we drove back to the store to pick up the credit. Once there, we were told by the manager (Tanya, I believe), who was extremely rude and scoffed throughout the entire conversation several times, that this time it wouldnāt be able to be processed until the store was closed and asked if they could take down our information and call us later. This is FAR two much trouble for THEM messing up 20 wings and asked if there was anything we could do to resolve it then and there. We suggested a gift card to which they agreed- except that they ran the total for the meal with no tax.. so when we asked why they wouldnāt do the full amount, they said āif we had waited until tomorrow we wouldāve gotten the tax back.ā
At the end of the conversation, we asked for our missing carrots and celery to which the manager again laughed scoffed and walk away to the kitchen. Knowing the celery and carrots are in the fridge at the counter WE WERE STANDING IN FRONT OF, we asked a passing employee if they could grab them and they immediately grabbed and handed them to us with no problems. The girl we spoke to originally was nice and gave no problems- but the manager lacks any semblance of customer service skills and if the store gets YOUR order wrong, you will be the one to blame/mistreated for it. Iād suggest getting something better like the WingStop or The Range right down the road.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Only a couple tables occupied. Sat down and received no service. After 10 minutes we walked out. Staff was standing around talking.

Really bad service we waited 1:15 to get our food after we sat down! Itās down how long the cook takes to get the food out
After a long day of driving and unloading in this town [truck driver], on my way out I placed a mobile order 35 mins ahead! Thinking it would make it easier on employees and myself as i am limited on drive time. I arrived approximately 430pm, the place was empty [that should've been a red flag] and employees standing around yapping when i walked in, 2 of the girls walked to the back. I Afterwards 15 mins for someone to comeout. Mind you 3 more customers came in and waited as well. After 1 of the girls came out I approached her to ask for my order, but she was completely rude, ignored me and the other customers and walked off. Another girl came out, i asked for a manager but apparently one does not exists. I asked for my order [already waited 45 mins at this point] and she said she'd check on it [rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed]. After 55 mins i received my order and of course it was cold!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I deliver to this town often and will not be back. If i could give ZERO stars i would. The worst customer service

Honestly every time we come here itās a hit or miss. Server was ok but the food was super cold. Wings were completely dry and had no meat! Look at reviews before coming here. Atmosphere was pretty cool for karaoke night but food was 1/10 wonāt be coming back since itās a literal hit or miss by far. Better wings at wing stop but is also a hit or miss there. Just go to ABQ

Went here multiple times giving it the benefit of the doubt. The staff is off in their own world. Got 10 fries literally with my chicken tender strip order. They forgot the dips. She went back in to grab them and took another 10 minutes to come out (not exaggerating we looked at the time). When we saw her come out from the back, she was holding our sauce she forgot in her hand and chatting with her coworkers for another 3 minutes laughing and having a good time. The food was cold. I will be telling anyone asking about the place to avoid it like the bubonic plague. KFC had better customer service for wings and fries. This isnāt a staff problem. This is clearly a management problem when you look at all of the other reviews on here.

Food was horrible. Cold and slaw looked like someone elseās leftovers. Our server did her best and we really felt bad for her because she tried to do her job with a smile but there were not enough servers and the hostess just kept seating people. So many people waiting for so long at tables with no service. We waited over an hour for ours and our food showed it. Come Los Lunas hire better managers.

I ordered pickup and the girls at the pickup seemed stressed, overworked, and confused. And that was after I had to go find someone to check me out. I stood up there for almost 10min before I went and got the hostess to come and help me and another person who was also picking up food. I was there first but I let the other girl go ahead of me because she was picking up for Door Dash. And after she was checked out they didn't ask me for my name. I just asked if they had an order with my name on it cuz they were about to walk away and I saw there was a bag in their hot box behind the counter and it turned out that it was my order. If I hadn't said anything to anyone then my food would've sat there even longer. And on top of that the girl who brought the food up from the back was very rude and tossed my ranch in the bag like she couldn't wait to get me out of there. If that's how it is in front of me then what is it like in the kitchen when I can't see them? I definitely was not impressed by the service at all. Prices weren't all that great for the quality of boneless wings they serve. They're more like popcorn chicken than boneless wings. Maybe it was just a bad day over there but I probably won't be making B-Dubs my #1 for wings for a while. Seems like they only care about the customers who drink alcohol and sit at the bar.

I swear every time I come here to eat it just gets worse!!! Our server was a complete jerk! We had to get assistance from someone else as he forgot our lemons and wrong tea- than APPETIZERS came out with our meal! Like really!
