Went through the drive-thru , a female and a male were both speaking on the headset. Cannot understand them because they were trying to speak at the same time. Told them we didn't understand because the Mic was broken so they switched over to a non English speaking worker. How is this any better?

Not good!! Ice cream machine is AIRWAYS " broken" it takes FOREVER to get anything you order. Even if you get a frozen pie you'll be in line for at least 15 min, no joke. Food is never fresh.

This BK has not been great for yrs-long wait times, wrong orders, products not there. Shake machine messed up, like constantly. Food good though. This past yr it's gotten better as far as the wait goes. However, that's it. Went there on Oct 6th, 2024, late afternoon. I placed my order. When asked what did I want for my two drinks, I said root beer for the first order. -they were out of root beer. Got DrP. Next drink, on their menu, flashing big and bright, was a fiery strawberry sprite, I ordered that. -they had none. Was discontinued. But noone changed the menu nor did they care it was still on there. So, I asked for a sprite instead. -they were out of sprite. I waited a good while at the window before they brought the food. Got home, hubby ate his, no probs. Mine tasted weird. Did not finish. Next day, sick w diarrhea. No more going to this BK. McDonalds for this gal. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER BK LOS LUNAS AT THE Y! You have a lousy reputation at this store. Yuck!

Anytime my partners and I go, we ask for no tomatoes on the sandwiches as my partner is deathly allergic to them, without fail, every single time the meals we get have tomato on them, I tried to call, and there was an answer, I was told to “hold up a bit”, and there was background noise but no one speaking on the phone.
9 times out of 10 our meal is wrong, sometimes we don’t get sandwiches we order, other times it’s missing fries, or something else.
This is the fourth time this has happened. We order the whopper with no cheese. Every time there is cheese on it. Tonight I confirmed at the window with an employee that was more concerned with his cell phone that he heard me say no cheese and to check it. He said “yep, no cheese”. I checked it before pulling away to see if you could see cheese I could not. Well when I got home I find that they had cheese on it, but tried to scrap it off and drowned the burger in sauces to “hide” the cheese. Dairy is a serious allergy and this location couldn’t care less about their customers and the pain they continuously cause. If I could do zero stars I would. This could cause death for some customers. Do better.

So i stopped by an there was an employee named Lorenzo an I would say he was very nice an very professional he was very sweet after my experience an interaction I really feel he deserves a raise. Thank you Lorenzo for everything you did an do.
The drive up windows was not taking orders I was told through the speaker I asked why twice with no answer . One of the girls who worked there was standing close enough to hear me & said " we have to many call in orders to take orders at the drive through ( what does one have to do with the other?》....but you can come in & order. There were maybe five people inside. Went elsewhere. It's obvious the owners of this restaurant could care less. If you read the reviews on their drive up widow. Not one apology or comment & no improvement. Thanks for taking the fast out of fast food!
