Rude, inaccessible and out of everything new consistently. Came here hast year for a spicy drink and they messed it up and never made it right. Just came for a crabby patty and they were out and had to wait 10 minutes behind cars in the drive through to get out of there. The other BK was way better.

I left this place several months ago because of the customer service in the drive thru. I saw a commercial advertising the BBQ brisket burger so I wanted to try. Went through the drive thru, rushed me to wait for my order for at least 15 minutes and the burger is not as expected. I will not return.

Don't know her name but we called about the buy 1 get 1 free sausage croissant on door dash and she said we don't control the app and hung up on us. We called back thinking the line disconnected and she blocked our number. Over a simple question??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
