Literally appalled at my visit where I watched the most entitled gross family bring in there dirty cups and made everyone wait while they filled up all of them including the ones they got with their combos and even a little cup for the child. Just Gross and they even sat the cups in front of the cashier while she was taking their order and didn't say anything. I guess the food was ok but I definitely didn't want that drink anymore.

Never again!!! los lunas Carl's Jr. Needs new management the 2 female employees that work there were on there phones most of the time while all the tables were dirty and bathroom was disgusting this is the 3rd time I see this place look like this within a few months

The food was old cold and burnt. The chicken in my sandwich was black and the cheese on it wasnt even melted. The fried zucchini didnt have the breading on it, it all fell off by the time i got home and i live three minutes away. The fries were soggy and cold and tasted like cleaner. Do better, this is peoples money that is being wasted when they want an easy dinner. 🤦♀️
If Carl Jrs beef patties get any thinner we won't be able to see it.

Highly recommend going to Wendy's instead. They were probably doing their best, but I had to repeat a simple order 3 times and they still messed it up. The food (I went for the value items) was sadly not very good at all.
