Chili's Grill & Bar

I sat at a booth in the bar, was there maybe a little over 5 minutes, and not one of the two servers in that area asked me if I wanted a drink and they didn't seem very happy at all in general, was that kind of vibe. I figured they were busy, so I moved over to the restaurant side and let my party know to meet me in there... The waiter was pretty good, got our drinks pretty quick, and then we put in our food order. The food came out in what I would consider a normal amount of time, but the person who brought it out spilled the tray of food on the floor, so they had to remake our order. Obviously, we had to wait once again for our food to be cooked. When the food finally reached our table, my order was wrong. At that point, I'm pretty frustrated with the entire experience! The manager came over and told me that we would be given a 25 percent discount, which was alright, but I thought it should have been more like 50 percent. When he was going over the itemized ticket with us, it was very confusing, to say the least. The district manager happened to be in the store, so she ended up coming over as well. She explained the ticket to me again and she made a lot more sense and was very friendly and professional about it. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will avoid Chile's in Los Lunas in the near future. I will say that the food was good.

Highly recommend choosing a different place to eat.
The fact the restaurant was nearly empty yesterday on a Saturday evening should have been a bigger red flag than we anticipated. Took 20-30 minutes before we received our chips and salsa/queso. Then, after an hour of being there we were told they were starting our meals in the kitchen. When we got our food, half of it was cold. We tried to be understanding in case there was something going on because we have all worked in the industry at some point in our lives. However, took an additional 45 minutes to get our bill corrected because they double charged us for several items and argued with us that they weren't duplicated, even when we showed them they were. I normally wouldn't write a review, except most of us got sick from the food, too. None of us are returning, and we highly recommend everyone should avoid this restaurant location. Especially as the previous ratings over the last year show the same issues while someone representing this location replies, yet nothing has changed, showing they don't care. Don't waste your time and money.

I freaking loved our server so much! I'm pretty sure her name was Megan, she was so fantastic and sweet. Our food was so delicious and the drinks were bomb!! Thank you for a great night:)
