Seems like every time I go there it just gets worse and worse I'm starting to think I need to drive all the way to Albuquerque to get Church's Chicken. I ask for gravy on the side and they barely even filled the container up with like barely nothing you might as well just give me an empty container

Google maps takes you 4 min away and when I called to try and clarify their location, as I am not from los lunas and got lost, the lady on the phone hung up on me and did not help. When I asked about it after finally finding the location (almost 1hr after pickup time) I was shrugged off and told "oh well" until I showed the map discrepancy to the woman at the counter and she only then apologized for hanging up and everything.

Mac n cheese container was melted on the outside and cold, chicken was old, sprite had no syrup and the lady in the drive thru was very rude.

Service is Absolutely God awful. I was the only person inside and was not greeted for 7 minutes. When greeted the person mumbled and couldn't understand him. If you don't like your job get another one. There are plenty out there to be had.

The lady did not want to give us a hot and spicy chicken even though they had it behind the counter we had to go through the drive-through twice and go in the store wants to get the hot and spicy chicken. Took us a good minute, but we got it.

We order chicken sandwiches and it looks like they made them and sat on them, plastered with mayo and a slice of a chicken patty that would insult the chicken!
I ordered the 5 PC. chicken strip meal. I received 3 decent strips and 2 half strips. Also ordered a fried chicken sandwich meal...they charged me for that but gave me the cheaper crappy sandwich in my meal. Thin little patty....NO brioche bun....$20 total...I was never asked what size I wanted for the combo, never asked about dipping sauce for my tenders. They just put small and NO SAUCE! And finally, ALL THE FOOD WAS LUKE WARM, despite them mentioning the 7 minute wait time when you order, where was it waiting? LOL. Not in the mood to bring it up, as I ordered TOGO. These days, going back to remedy the order is simply EXHAUSTING! WILL JUST NOT GO BACK!

Ordered a 12 piece meal on Thursday Nov 14th around 6:30 pm. It was on time but, there were no breast pieces, 4 legs, 4 thighs and 4 wings. Absolutely unacceptable!! Payed over $50.00 for this place to prove they don't give a rats .... about their customer satisfaction! I suppose $50.00 is a pretty cheap price to pay to find out why I'll NEVER go back to Churchs Chicken in Los Lunas! I'll go to Albertsons or Smith's instead! I can see why this business gets so many BAD reviews.

If you guys are going to close the lobby at least put a sign at the door. I spent a total of almost 40 minutes being stuck in the drive thru due to your lack of staff and lack of planning. This place is in a desperate need of more staff and probably better pay but I know you won't do anything about it. No need to give me some lame excuse just wanted to put you on blast so others don't make the mistake of ordering from here.
