Don’t bother ordering online. Here at 7pm, still bright out but go to locked lobby doors so now I gotta wait behind 3 other cars in the drive thru as my food gets cold. Nice .

The staff that work there are rude and unprofessional, especially the drive thru workers. The Mac n cheese I got was half empty and burnt cheese. Check you order before leaving because they forget half your order then when you call they are rude saying well you’ll just have to come back and get it like it’s easy for them to say. By the time I go back the chicken is already cold, so inconvenient. Besides I shouldn’t have to go back if they’d get the damn order right or give me my money back. I will never buy from this location again.

Ordered a grande meal tonight with two half gallons of sweet tea. They had me wait for chicken at first. Then had to wait for Mac and cheese, they brought out the Mac and cheese and forgot the rest of the meal. They had to remake the meal and the chicken was getting cold and soggy. The worst part is the tea had mold in it. Had a tag fresh made in am, maybe thru a dirty machine.....three of the five people eating had big glass of tea. Calling corporate and health dept.

Always out of something that being mashed potatoes Mac and cheese coleslaw etc. won't refund money but tell you they will
They lost my receipt. The food was not the correct portions. IE, the mashed potatoes were only ¾ of the way filled up. The chicken was dry. The only thing that was decent was the coleslaw.

I had a terrible experience at Church's Chicken yesterday. The kid who waited on me had an attitude he told the manager if I have to wait on this lady I'm going to clock out because I told him that I would like to order the 15 piece chicken pieces he said there would be a 20-minute wait I asked why the tray was full he said because all the people in the drive-up had already paid and they were their orders. Excuse me but I'm inside the store paying right now and you can't fill me my order. The manager called another lady up who waited on me and my order was fine except I ordered 15 chicken strips and I got three sauces the sauces are 250 each 15 pieces of chicken and three sauces that's not right do the math. I will not be going to Church's again in Los Lunas if this is a service that you can expect no thank you

Run from this place and don't look back. Boneless chicken wings were cold, soggy and stale, as if they were defrosted but not cooked. The spicy sauce application was not even close to the advertisement. Side sauce was also missing. On the 3-piece chicken, the outside was breaded well but the meat on the inside was slimy and off. Worst of all, was the food poisoning that came after, what a nightmare.
