My brothers and I decided to go get ice cream on 6/21/25 at 8:30pm the what I assumed to be a manager (her shirt was different then the other workers there) was extremely rude to my younger brother she gave him the wrong flavor of ice cream and when we tried telling her she yelled at him saying that’s what he asked for. It was the smallest size they have and she was making a huge scene instead of remaking it. Terrible customer service.

Incredible ice cream, with awesome service and a very clean restaurant.

I have been a loyal customer of Cold Stone in Los Lunas since it first opened and have always had positive experiences—until my visit on February 28, 2025. Unfortunately, I encountered extremely poor customer service from a young woman with red hair, who claimed to be the Assistant Manager, but refused to provide me her name. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and immature, demonstrating a clear lack of communication skills and customer service etiquette. If she indeed holds a leadership position, she is in serious need of training, as she does not set a positive example for other employees.

I will be addressing the details of my complaint with corporate, and sincerely hope that corrective action is taken to ensure that customers continue to receive the quality service Cold Stone is known for.

Cecilia is awesome. We come here Friday for an end of the week treat and she’s always so nice. She is patient with my son and always very pleasant.

Friendly Service, Got the correct order. Only thing i did not like was the no gloves while scooping ice cream… the employee had lots of injuries on her hands.

My daughter and I were going to our favorite Cold Stone creamery in Los Lunas. Upon arrival trying to enter the business a man in a wheelchair was aggressively panhandling making a rude comment to myself and daughter when I refused to give him money. I called the Cold Stone asking to speak with the manager to share my recent experience! The man on the telephone identified himself as the owner. I introduced myself by giving him my name and asked for his. I was trying to use his first name properly when I spoke with him. He continued to be rude, insolent, bad mannered and purely cold! Perhaps the "owner" should learn some polite phone etiquette and take responsibility for the patrons who shop at this store.

Online order was wrong and when I called the manager, Allison, she rude and said she couldn’t do anything for me. All I wanted was what I paid for but pretty much it was my fault. How??? We spend a lot of money on crap service and wrong orders.

The workers lack customer service skills. It felt like I was back in middle school with how these girls talked to me. Not at all patient, didn't explain very well about the other options of toppings , cones, etc. To top it all off, the ice-cream wasn't even good. The chocolate tasted like chalk.Overall Incredibly unprofessional and not at all welcoming.Will not be returning.

Last night, my mom and I decided to stop for ice cream as a treat for my birthday weekend. I have fond memories of this place from my childhood, but because of teenage workers not knowing how to explain the procedures and do their job properly, I was left with a below-average customer experience.I asked for two flavors, one was "Birthday Cake Remix", the other was "Mint Mint Chocolate Chip". I did not get all the ice cream I wanted and I left unsatisfied with my experience. This store needs workers that are better trained in how to deal with customer service.As for why I didn't get both flavors, the girls couldn't explain why I was restricted to only one "signature flavor" and ended up choosing strawberry as my #2 option. My mom and I were frustrated with the ordering procedure, and I could tell the couple in line behind us were not happy with the way they were being treated either.

I don't get that the place is so good but they don't put pecans in their butter pecan or pistachios in their pistachio ice cream do you have to pay extra?

Soo good, ? we love this ice cream. The employees are always pleasant.
