Is it the worst I deserve free food or something because every time I go to get something to my order is always messed up I had to take my order back 2 time I’ve even gotten back the wrong amount to change it’s always the mid night workers

I wish Beano was served here in a little packet on the side. Good as usual though. Their Ice Tea is disgusting, smells like something rotten inside the container and has for MONTHS. Telling the staff the tea is bad gets you a bunch of strange looks and they go back to work. Have to leave most of my review the same as last time as for some reason the interior was closed with no sign saying it was going to be closed. Went through the drive-thru and had decent service got some decent late night food and went home relatively happy. Skipped the iced tea this time as it's not worth my health.

Clean restaurant. Staff were polite and make order correctly. Disappointed with the undercooked fries and the chicken strips tasted like a TV dinner so won't be ordering that again. Drinks are always good.

I asked for a large strawberry milkshake. When I received it, it had chocolate or something in it. I asked for a new one because I have never seen a strawberry milkshake with brown in it?. and the employee took it with attitude. One of the female employees started taking pictures of it and laughing at us. Weird.

Night crew is AMAZING!!! Went to get food for lunch and the day crew could not get a simple order correct and the gentlemen the girl asked for help was extremely rude. Shut the sliding door in our face as we were asking a question.

Back in September this location gave me bad food poisoning, as did the people I shared it with. I was nauseous, kept having to go to the bathroom, and overall had a bad time. I wasn't super upset as stuff happens, its life, but felt that I deserved a refund for my experience. After talking with customer services the store manager contacted me regarding the issue, and let's just say she's very rude. Basically accusing me of lying in some vain attempt at a free meal, instead of taking responsibility, and flat out rejecting my refund. I have called customer support half a dozen times, escalating my issue to the manager, the district manager, even corporate, and all these months later and still nothing. I have never seen a business be so greedy and petty over $12 and at this point it's no longer about the money for me but the fact they think they can take advantage of people just because they're a company. I even attempted calling the store directly only to be told by the manager that my refund was rejected, and even after requesting to speak with a higher up and being told they will contact me, I still have not had any contact from their end. This honestly is a bit pathetic, that they go to such lengths to deny me. The food is alright and the prices are good, but that's all it has going for it. If you get sick, good luck getting any empathy from this shady company.Edit: It's February and still not a single attempt to reach out to me. I call time and time again and met with the same generic response of "Well make a report". No resolution, no attempt at helping me. I have never had a company treat me this badly.

I went through the drive thru. There was a big signboard listing combo meals. Unfortunately, there were no prices listed. I thought it would cost six or seven bucks for the 5 layer vegetarian burrito, medium fries, and medium soda combo meal I ordered. I almost fell out of my seat when the total came to $9.75! I was so stunned, I didn't change my order, just ponied up the payment. The burrito was ok...it was fine,but not worth what I paid for it. It was too expensive for mediocre fast food. I will steer clear of this place in the future.Vegetarian options: You can find vegetarian options here. Not sure if beans are vegetarian.Parking: I went through the drive thru, then parked in the parking lot to eat. The lit is kind of small, but I was able to find a space without working too hard.Kid-friendliness: It's a fast food taco place. Yes, bring your kids.

Incredibly rude customer service from one individual multiple times. No one in my family will be returning to this location. This person even hung up on a family member when they called and asked for the regional manager but not before stating that SHE is the regional manager. It is not the customer's fault they cannot accommodate a basic order. And it's very odd that it's always the same person that can't/won't accommodate. Everyone else is super friendly and provides exactly what is requested.
