We decided to try Denny’s again and give it a chance because the last time we had gone, it wasn’t our cup of tea. That was 10 years ago.
We arrived at 5:50 PM on a Monday and there was an employee sitting out on the bench talking on the phone. we walked past her, and went and stood inside. There was absolutely nobody inside. We waited a little bit and decided that it was really strange that there were no customers, and there were no servers. There was no hostess. The kitchen was quiet. We didn’t see a soul. So we walked back out past the employee, wearing a Denny’s shirt talking on the phone. She totally avoided eye contact. We decided to go down the road to the range café and add a delicious meal. Do better Denny’s.

Why advertise 24hrs, all windows state “open late”, “open 24hrs” yet closed… 9:47pm 8/15/25. Maybe update the website and take all the advertising times off.

The food was delicious although I’m not too sure if she the manager or who exactly she is but the bigger blonde lady was very rude to her employees very loud and disturbing but she’d try and play it off as joking but isn’t very professional as a manager to be talking to employees like she was talking to them. I saw her playing the claw games like a little kid almost the whole time not helping in anyway. Tried to get her attention to speak with her about an item on the menu but got ignored. But the servers are very good and nice and constant and got help with the item I was looking at, the manager was the only problem. Would like to see actions being taken because this is my favorite brunch spot in los lunas.

Food was okay. The fries were pretty darn good, tho. Service is a little slow, but our waiter was pleasant and checked-in frequently. Denny's is a little more expensive than it should be. Add on hash browns are 💸. Still, good place to sit and chill.

Our server was so sweet and attentive. The cook got our food just right. I always special order and very few places get the bacon how I like it but the cook at this Dennys got it done perfect 👌

I stop by the Denny’s in Los Lunas pretty often. I’m from Albuquerque, but I come out here for work and usually hit this Denny’s late at night. Over time, I’ve seen a few different overnight staff most of them have been solid but lately, there’s been one server who really stands out. She gets my order right every time, is super fast, and checks in on me more than expected (in the best way). Her service is absolutely incredible, some of the best I’ve had in a long time. 🤣 Props to Denny’s for having great staff like her. I’ve read some of the reviews some good, some not but I also noticed management takes time to respond and take responsibility, which shows they care. That goes a long way too. Keep it up. 💪

My family and i Ordered ahead. when I arrived the order still was not ready. I waited 10 minutes . Had to cancel dessert because they didn’t have ice cream . Seems like there wasn’t any staff? One of the ladies (sorry if I misgendered) sitting at a table I thought was a customer & she walked to the back with the employee. Not professional. Romance should be kept outside of work hours.

Went in right before midnight. Only one waiter & one cook it looked like . Waited about 10 minutes to be noticed . We ordered a burgers & a steak, we were told that the streak was only available with eggs? No dinner plates were available at midnight ? Made no sense but we still ordered it , (well done steak)we mentioned no hashbrowns & an extra egg with toast to substitute. We got a medium rare steak & extra hashbrowns, no toast!!. I mentioned that to the waiter & she just asked if the hashbrowns in the plate were fine. We left it as is, to not complicate things. Was already frustrated. We finished our drinks & no refill was offered until we were already up at the register to pay. A customer walked in & walked to the back of the kitchen . Maybe the waiters girlfriend ? As soon as we paid the waiter, she walked to the back with the customer. Doesn’t seem right at all. I will not return.
