Mother’s Day -Ordered thru the app, pizzas-large cheese, large Tuscan, large cheese/bacon, family size chef salad. We were told to park and they would bring it out to us when ready. Normal procedure. We waited and waited, then went inside . Asked about our$83 order. Saw chaos. Our pizzas and others were stacked at the salad station. Rescued them. The salad was fine, the bacon/cheese pizza was cold, and looked old. Same for the Tuscan ( a $20 pizza) . The “cheese” had no cheese really, just in the middle, with sauce ringing the edges. Tough crust. We eat there 2-3 times a month. What a waste of money, hard to feed our guests with this order.

Much of what you get at Dion's will be dependent on when you choose to dine. If it's during a busy time expect your items to take up to 20 min. The staff and food will be overly stressed and your experience may be compromised a bit.

The staff is always very nice and helpful there was one person named Luke and he was very kind and helpful to me and the food is always top tier.
I have food allergies and spoke with the cashier about it. I reacted badly and was sick for several hours. There was an allergen in my order.

We were visiting from the northwest and stopped here after a late flight because they were open. The service was spectacular, I fully understand the hype around the ranch and the pizza and prices were good too. Josiah took our order at the counter and was helpful and so kind!
