In town visiting from the East Coast, I needed a quick dinner option and found Dion's online. We were all over NM during the balloon festival and had the opportunity to enjoy several good meals. Dion's Green Chilis and Pepperoni pizza was a solid choice and did not disappoint! We had our order delivered and everything was as good and fresh as you'd expect from dining in.

We are a retired couple who live in area. We have never been big pizza eaters but this Dion's is winning us over. This is our 3rd visit in conjunction with grocery shopping day out. This eatery has fresh pizza and great service. Today we ordered by phone en route with a really pleasant young man. Arrived and he politely asked if we would like a courtesy water and would I like lemon with that. We are not soda drinkers and this touch was first class. We ate in and the pizza was hot, scrumptious with lots of laughter around. Great experience!! We will come back for sure.

DANGER!!!! I almost choked, very seriously. After first bite, I had to pick this out of my throat. It seems to be a wire bristle. I did inform the restaurant and they will be offering us a refund. However this was very scary. One of those safety is everyone’s responsibility incidents.

My sub seemed like whoever made it wasn’t having it. They put like a handful of olives on both halves, that i didn’t ask for extra, wish they would take orders at drive thru. You must walk in to make an order or call ahead just to wait for your order either way. Called for a remake and was told to be in within 20 mins. Got here and i still had to wait another 20 mins because manager was not made aware of situation. I appreciate the manager he tried and gave me a drink but i still don’t appreciate having to wait even longer because of employees not doing their job right.

The customer service was great as it always is but the pizza lacked cheese and sauce and was overcooked which equaled a dry pizza. The pizza at Dions is usually fantastic but this time disappointing. I'm assuming just a bit of an oversight when it was given to us.

Generally, we like pizza from here and took some family who just moved into town here. When we drove up for a pizza, the parking lot was full, so we initially anticipated a wait. However, the receipt assured us of a 28 minute wait, so we thought it would be fine. It was over an hour (67 minutes to be exact) until we got our food and I'd even heard another customer say he'd waited over an hour, too. If they can't live up to their promises (of 28 minutes) then they need to be more transparent. Very disappointed.
