Ordered 32 wings and 2 large pizzas with jalepenos and pepperoni what we got was two large cheese pizza Staff did not take the order correct and everyone including the manager on shift did not care basically said not their problem So 90 bucks later it was not good neither the service

20% discount written on a chalkboard in the store and got a coupon for $9.99 any size pizzas, but I didn’t actually get a single discount. No one in the store could explain why not. The app told me my pizza was ready and to “come on in,” so I went in and waited about 15 minutes for the actual order to be ready. Not exactly sure what’s up with the app but it is not accurate.

Any time I’ve ever had an issue, they’ve been quick to resolve. Always up front with wait times and the pizzas always come out as expected.
There is two ladies who are always there when I get my pizza and they are absolutely amazing! One is a grown women with her hair bleached and the other is a young woman. They always get my very picky order correct, the food comes out exactly how I like it , and they serve me with the so much respect. You can tell that they are amazing workers who bust there butts to get these ungrateful people's meals done. These women deserve raises for running that store like bosses for this corporation!!

Ordered a large delux pizza with NY crust. It was regular crust. In addition to the ordered toppings there was ham and black olives. It also was dry, cold and tasteless. So far the worst pizza from this location.

Picked up two pizzas, one of which was made wrong. I called the store when I got home to explain. They offered to make I another pizza and wanted me to drive back to the store and I said I couldn’t do that. I asked for a refund instead. The person who identified herself as the general manager was extremely combative, defensive, and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice. I can not believe a general manager could treat a customer the way she did, and be so blind to customer feedback. As a customer I will never be back! As a shareholder I will divest immediately! And as a community member I will do whatever it takes to make it known about this experience to as many people as I can.

I ordered from Domino's at least once a week delivered to different locations I'm staying at in the Los Lunas area. Usually the food is very great! Exactly what I expect. This time. Not so much. The pizza was exactly what I ordered but the pasta was not. I did not order a chicken. Alfredo and that's what I got. I had ordered some pasta with tomatoes and bell peppers and what not. It was not delivered. I had chicken alfredo and I do not like chicken alfredo LOL. Neither does my daughter.
