I went and got my drink and once I said how many pumps of arctic cherry I wanted (2) the girl taking my order called me crazy? What is it to you. I can order what I like but I would prefer to not be called crazy for it. I also ordered my raspberry watermelon refresher and they put some dragonfruit flavor in it becuase they were out of everythin else like always. Ridiculous like it’s not your drink don’t worry about it. Only one good worker here (Julio) respextful and doesn’t tell me I’m crazy when i order my drink.

I enjoy this spot, the majority of people that complain about receiving the wrong sort of donuts are probably not ordering the correct kind especially if most look the same, and they are becoming upset without cause My experience has shown that they typically run out in the middle of the day. Additionally, if you arrive quite late and request a variety of donuts why would they have their entire assortment so late? They simply have to throw more, which is a complete waste. They provide alternatives and look for answers even when they run out of things. Additionally, management is always in charge of placing product orders, so if they are absent, management is to blame rather than the team members. And this is coming from someone who’s worked numerous fast food places.

Every visit has been great so far, good customer service, donuts and coffee are good. No complaints I’m glad one finally opened in Los Lunas.
Stopped by around 6pm and except for being out of jelly they had all the other flavors. Drive thru staff were very nice and gave us our food really quickly. I'm happy there's a Dunkin in los lunas now

Got to visit our new Dunkin’ Donuts this past weekend. It was very clean bright and a lot of variety! I love our new Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s gonna be my new favorite spot for weekend sweets indulgence. There’s nothing like a fresh donut in the morning on a relaxing weekend. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!
