Ordered a spicy poblano omelet. There was nothing inside of omelet. It had some beef and cheese on top with about 1 tablespoons of fried onions and peppers. It was not spicy It was very bland.

Went to eat breakfast after working all night. Waiter was a young kid that kept asking if we needed anything then kept not bringing it and over apologizing. Annoying but not a big deal. Blond manager in green shirt only came over to our table multiple times and kept asking if everything was okay/if we were doing okay. Again not a big deal. We were given the check, paid on the app which we always have done at any other Ihop and it's never been a big deal and left. The young waiter chased us out the door and we showed him we paid. He said it didn't show on their end so we showed him it cleared on our end. Then he went inside and the manager ran outside and chased after us and wanted us to show AGAIN that we paid. It was absolutely ridiculous. This establishment is unorganized and it felt like they singled us out the entire time. Definitely won't be returning.

Order online, the order is without fail always wrong. Wrong items, always out of something, give the wrong pancakes. I’ve worked both as a cook and a server in ihop. It’s really not that hard to read the ticket correctly on both sides. Or put together an order to go after it’s made. It gets to the point where you order and say, “I wonder what’s gonna be wrong this time.”

I don't like to give bad reviews, but unfortunately, this IHOP had gone way down hill. The service is horrible, usually because they're short staffed. During our last 3 visits, the shortest one took an hour to get food. They forgot our pancakes with the sirlion tips and egg combo, two separate orders, one in our party ordered the 2x2x2x2 combo, and only received 1 of everything except pancakes. Another ordered Belgium waffle, that came out cold.
To be fair, the server was very pleasant, but underwhelming in helping. She actually asked how many in our party to try and seat us when we were trying to leave. But she was nice enough, even if she didn't recognize us.
This makes me sad, I really enjoy IHOP food, but don't bother with the Los Lunas location. I'm surprised they're still in business.

I ordered a Fresh Fruit crepe online. And when I got home, I realized the entire order was sloppy. The others with me who ordered strawberry pancakes didn't get strawberry pancakes, they got regular pancakes. And the CREPES? THEY WERE ALSO PLAIN. LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN, NO WHIPPED CREAM, NO SYRUP, NO FRUIT, JUST A SAD FLAT EXCUSE OF A PANCAKE THAT I HAD TO EAT WITH SYRUP FROM HOME. The manager only offered 50% refund even though the entire order was disappointing.

Came here with family for breakfast, ordered coffee for starters, had no cream which was no big deal,can just order something else. Then we ordered chicken and waffles only to find out, after waiting 20 mins for food that they didn’t even have chicken. It’s frustrating to come to an establishment and they not have items for half of their menu. I could over hear the waitress having to tell other tables,they don’t have what they want to order. If you’re out of product, management should at least of a list posted or let guests know ahead of time and not have to consistently tell their staff to go let them know they don’t product and then also not have what’s requested after what they originally ordered in the first place. And make us wait even longer

I'm a local resident from Los Lunas area and hate to do this but it is the thrut.
It is the fourth time that I go to this IHOP and the service is terrible.
This last time we spend 1hrs and 20min waiting for our food. I was ready to leave, and it was my wife, the one that hold me back to stay.
Well guest what, another chance today this is the (4th) time and 25 minutes in the table with only coffee and still waiting while sitting for some one to get my order.
Meaning it will make us spend over 1hrs if we choose to stay. I just walked out and no one care or even bothered to ask.
They were all scattered cleaning tables but the restaurant was not that busy at all.
If you go, spect to wait longer than normal.
We choose to go to Denny's instead and within the first 10 min of getting in, they already have our order.
Way to go IHOP...

The worst service and food at this establishment. Always understaffed and the employees yell at customers and cuss at them.
Walked into IHOP this morning and overheard the server telling our waitress that one of the workers was throwing up all morning but decided to show up to work regardless. I then asked our waitress if she could make sure that the sick individual, who they stated was beginning her shift, wouldn’t be the one serving our table. About 5 minutes later our waitress came over and said that our new waitress WAS the woman who vomiting all day!! It got weird when I asked for a different waitress, again, so we just left. By that time we had waited about 15 mins just for water anyway. It also smelled like a bathroom in the lobby. Just a gross experience. 🤢

Went in for lunch with my mom. The they were out of several things we tried to order. Then waited half an hour for a sandwich and a quesadilla. The food was horrible. Service was terrible, could not even refill drinks. When we told the waitress how bad the food was, she said “yeah, it’s really gone down hill”. This is not a place I will ever waste money again.

Me and my family had to wait about 30min for a table when there was only 3 people sitting at tables at all time, one family per server, as soon as we got are seat the table was nasty and had a oily Layer on it, we waited about 20min for are drinks and had to ask twice for a tea and we never got it, when the food came out the server, was holding are plates with her nasty jacket, not o oh was her jacket touching the food but the food was burnt and the chicken fried steak me and my brother in law got had very watery gravy and not even a lot like other ihop please do not take your family to the ihop in Los lunas.
