FYI. Do not go to Las Lunas. IHop. Pit poor service. 15 minutes in no one came to offer drinks then when they did they didnt offer if we wanted to place an order wait nother 10 minutes then walked out.... first time ever.

So, i realize that it is easter, but i just took my ex husband and his grandmother out to lunch today. The parking lot was nearly empty so we figured it wouldnt be that busy, which it wasnt. Unfortunately this was the worst service id ever had, anywhere! We got seated right away which was nice, however it took 15 minutes just to get drinks and another 15 before we got to place our order. another 40 minutes went by before i called a lady over to check on our order. In this time at least 2 tables walked out who had been there for quite a while and not even got drinks. Everyone was being completly ignores while the staff was all in the corner talking and hanging out. The only person i say working was the lady who sat us. She started taking peoples orders and cashing people out and bringing them their drinks. We wont be coming back. This place is a joke
Ordered a spicy poblano omelet. There was nothing inside of omelet. It had some beef and cheese on top with about 1 tablespoons of fried onions and peppers. It was not spicy It was very bland.

Went to eat breakfast after working all night. Waiter was a young kid that kept asking if we needed anything then kept not bringing it and over apologizing. Annoying but not a big deal. Blond manager in green shirt only came over to our table multiple times and kept asking if everything was okay/if we were doing okay. Again not a big deal. We were given the check, paid on the app which we always have done at any other Ihop and it's never been a big deal and left. The young waiter chased us out the door and we showed him we paid. He said it didn't show on their end so we showed him it cleared on our end. Then he went inside and the manager ran outside and chased after us and wanted us to show AGAIN that we paid. It was absolutely ridiculous. This establishment is unorganized and it felt like they singled us out the entire time. Definitely won't be returning.

Order online, the order is without fail always wrong. Wrong items, always out of something, give the wrong pancakes. I’ve worked both as a cook and a server in ihop. It’s really not that hard to read the ticket correctly on both sides. Or put together an order to go after it’s made. It gets to the point where you order and say, “I wonder what’s gonna be wrong this time.”

I don't like to give bad reviews, but unfortunately, this IHOP had gone way down hill. The service is horrible, usually because they're short staffed. During our last 3 visits, the shortest one took an hour to get food. They forgot our pancakes with the sirlion tips and egg combo, two separate orders, one in our party ordered the 2x2x2x2 combo, and only received 1 of everything except pancakes. Another ordered Belgium waffle, that came out cold.
To be fair, the server was very pleasant, but underwhelming in helping. She actually asked how many in our party to try and seat us when we were trying to leave. But she was nice enough, even if she didn't recognize us.
This makes me sad, I really enjoy IHOP food, but don't bother with the Los Lunas location. I'm surprised they're still in business.
