As soon as we walked in the hostess was going to seat us we hear the waitress say “ugh is it my turn again” we should have left then. Once we’re seated she brings our drinks says she will be right back with our straws never comes back with the straws. We ordered our food and after that she never came back to ask if we needed anything i had to ask the hostess to call our waitress Natalia over. She still didnt come over to our table the only way I was able to get a water was because they sat someone next to us and while she was taking her order i was able to ask for a water. She was going around asking her other tables if they needed anything it felt as if it was only our table that was being overlooked . The service was horrible to say the least. We will definitely not be coming back.

IHOP has improved tremendously ! since my last visit about 6 months ago.. going from a Rating of 1 to 7 WOW 😮 A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!! 🤩 the menu is so much better!! Rather than having to purchase your meal as a build your own with everything being charged separately and receiving everything on side plates as your meal 🍳🥔🧇🥓🥯🍴you can actually buy a normal plate altogether 🍱 ☕️..👍. Keep up the improvements .. always room for more improvement!!! One suggestion, adding bread 🍞 to your dinners .. And having all product that is on the menu…😊 Thanks 🙏 goes to the cooks, servers, dishwashers, bussers & managers… great job people!!!!🤩🤗 keep working as a team and you guys will get a 10 rating.. Waitress was horrible. She was rude, didnt check on us. Was unprofessionally loud with other staff. Rolled her eyes rude tone. Pancakes over cooked on the outside raw on the inside. They were not what I ordered. Food was sloppy. Do not eat here. We keep trying to give it chances but keep getting disappointed.

This trip was extremely disappointing due to the fact that they were out of stock of several items my family wanted. My wife. And I were hoping for a burger and the server came back a minute after taking our order and said that the table out of burgers. Out of burgers?!? Anyway, we decided then to go with a separate items,omelets and my wife then wanted a shake for her dessert. Guess what... they're out of milk for the shakes. Thank goodness for our server, Xandra, who tried to make the best of the situation.She was amazing.

Cold food. Curbside never came out, called and got a machine 3 times, had to go in after waiting 15 minutes and employee at front desk was clearly intoxicated at 10:00 am. I payed for eggs that any health inspection would get that place closed. Do not eat there los lunas has way better options. Zero stars.
The server with bad attitude September 3 , 2025 We arrived an hour before closing and he attended us very badly and much of what we asked to eat for they didn't have it. It was very unpleasant that they have workers with that attitude because we paid for the service and we gave him good tips. I hope the manager solves this.

FYI. Do not go to Las Lunas. IHop. Pit poor service. 15 minutes in no one came to offer drinks then when they did they didnt offer if we wanted to place an order wait nother 10 minutes then walked out.... first time ever.
