Spent over 45 mins here because i guess it's to hard to make a #56 big kahuna with no cheese,no bell peppers,no onion just mushrooms and jalapenos extra mushrooms extra jalapenos I guess this jersey mike because it took 4 times to get this right even after they wrote down what I had asked for while I was in the store and after apologizing the 3 previous times still got it wrong this place is a big joke was never offer a reimbursement nothing Just a sandwich they kept messing up on

The store was dirty and most of the employees were rude, except for the younger staff who were actually polite. My order was completely messed up — I ordered an Italian sub and somehow there was tuna on it. I also clearly said no juice, and they still added it, making the sandwich soggy. Overall a frustrating experience and definitely not a place I’d recommend

I got the giant 15” #12 Cancro Special this time around. I have been to this establishment before in the past and have had no issues. I am always greeted and the time to make the subs usually take no less than 5-10 if there is not a lot of people in front of you. I specifically ordered this sub, because it says it has a “ whole layer of pepperoni” to which I thought sounded very good. I then ordered extra pepperoni to really get a lot of pepperoni. This is what came with it.. literally 12-13 pepperonis. If the layer was only 9-10 pepperonis, it’s a little ridiculous that it costs another $3.45 for 3 extra pepperonis. Besides that the subs are always great in flavor. The value though, doesn’t really add up to the substance. Total was $25 including tip. Will go back to try and score better.
My experience was amazing, the staff were nice and easy to talk to. Asked me what I wanted every step of the way. Would reccomend to a friend 😁

I am gluten and dairy free and let the staff know, they did an awesome job of explaining the process and cleaning the cutter to make sure it had no allergens, they were polite and attentive. Not all locations are this good, you have good staff here.
