I had the club and the young man that made it was amazing he was very friendly he was very helpful and the sandwich was awesome they fresh slice your meat while you're waiting. My husband ordered a Philly and they cook it on the grill as you wait so everything's fresh

I placed an ordered online 20 mins before heading to the store, because I know sometimes they get backup on orders. Anyways, I decided to through the drive thru, considering there was no line. At the speaker they answered immediately. I sat at the window for 7 if not more minutes. I decided to pull around and just walk in. Associates were all standing around talking. When I asked for my order, they asked if I was the one waiting in the drive thru and claim they were busy. Busy running their mouths. I would understand if I just placed my order but I ordered in advance to avoid this situation. Food is good but service needs improvement.

The food is wonderfull; I enjoy the quality and freshness of the meal. The staff is friendly. I want to give this location four stars, but they can't seem to follow a simple instruction of not cutting my sandwich into quarters. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but I roll through weekly and they have NEVER cut my sandwich correctly. Online, drive thru, or in store; No matter what I write in special instructions, no matter how I explain it to them in the drive-thru, and unless I watch them in store and make sure; Without fail they always quarter my damn sandwich!
