I placed an ordered online 20 mins before heading to the store, because I know sometimes they get backup on orders. Anyways, I decided to through the drive thru, considering there was no line. At the speaker they answered immediately. I sat at the window for 7 if not more minutes. I decided to pull around and just walk in. Associates were all standing around talking. When I asked for my order, they asked if I was the one waiting in the drive thru and claim they were busy. Busy running their mouths. I would understand if I just placed my order but I ordered in advance to avoid this situation. Food is good but service needs improvement.

The food is wonderfull; I enjoy the quality and freshness of the meal. The staff is friendly. I want to give this location four stars, but they can't seem to follow a simple instruction of not cutting my sandwich into quarters. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but I roll through weekly and they have NEVER cut my sandwich correctly. Online, drive thru, or in store; No matter what I write in special instructions, no matter how I explain it to them in the drive-thru, and unless I watch them in store and make sure; Without fail they always quarter my damn sandwich!

The absolute worst. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through just to order. Another 12 to get my food. There was only one car ahead of me at the window. They waited just as long.
There is no way to exit once you're in line. This is the worst.

I love jersey mikes, but I spent my whole lunch break (45 mins) waiting at the speaker. By the time it was time to take my order, I had to leave without eating. Bummer.
Cashier asked us if we wanted to leave a tip. People shouldn't ask for tips.

We waited a long time to get our subs and got all the way home to find out the order was wrong. The manager Orlando was extremely polite and helpful and got us taken care of. Hopefully next time will be better.
