Oh. My. GOD!!!! My sister and niece sent my dad a German chocolate cake and I went to grab my wallet to tip the delivery person but she had already pulled away. This cake is not only beautiful but tastes amazing! I highly recommend Josiah's! From one baker (me, newly relocated here to Los Lunas from Connecticut...attempting to start my own bakery to honor my mom who passed a year ago) to another baker (Josiah) way to go man....Delicious! Please ignore the missing frosting and cherry (we couldn’t help ourselves)

One of the best cakes I've ever had! Get Josiah a raise!
He is a very talented, creative and atentative to what he makes. I've tried a lot of different items from Josiah, and they are delicious. He also does amazing on his set ups for babyshowers, wedding, etc.
