At the Los lunas New Mexico KFC I spent $60 on some dry chicken I thought maybe the second piece was going to be better then I took a drink of some nasty sweet tea they probably never cleaned the inside of the ice machine then took a bite of the second piece and I almost threw up I will definitely not eat from that place again

I went to pick up 2 chicken Pot Pies. When I got to the window I was advised it would be about a 30 minute wait. I decided to go inside and wait. While inside waiting I noticed it was very clean inside and one of the employees was wiping everything down in the lobby. While waiting I was updated on the time I had to wait and asked if I wanted a drink while I waited.
Great experience!

This location has to be a front because the food is so bad. Soda is completely flat and it stays like this constantly. The famous bowl will have 3 nuggets for the entire bowl. FBI needs to investigate it honestly because there is no way this is a legit business

We got our food but no SAUCE, who wants to eat chicken with no sauce. And they ask you what sauce you want you expect to get it. We got coleslaw but no forks to eat it with, not very good service if you ask me!!

Today 6/25, went through Drive Thru,, I ordered 8 pc meal, it had Bugs… I called them back, they asked for the food back, it’s almost closing time. . Request by Manager Tony and John was rude by telling what I seen in the bag. Lost $35. Waste of food.

NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY.. Doors are locked. You knock and they just stand their looking at you.. lobby looks dirty, probably why the doors are. Locked.. went through drive through. They never came on speaker to take order.. i would rate the food but couldn't get any. Very sad only 1:00 in the afternoon..
