NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY.. Doors are locked. You knock and they just stand their looking at you.. lobby looks dirty, probably why the doors are. Locked.. went through drive through. They never came on speaker to take order.. i would rate the food but couldn't get any. Very sad only 1:00 in the afternoon..

Just ordered a 8 piece and 4 piece BUT they tried to tell me the 4 piece was in box with the 8 piece…..NOT. And when I called their attention to it they got snotty like I wasn’t able count!!!! Sadly only KFC in our town! What happened to customer service!!!

My chicken was cold, my fries were cold. My Dr Pepper tasted like water with a dollop of syrup. It was snowing out side yet my fries were colder than the 30 degree weather.

Everytime I've been service was deplorable, manager/owner was foul mouthed and rude. Frequently out of menu items. food that is supposed to be hot was cold (like leftovers from the refrigerator cold. Food that was supposed to be cold was sitting out in the sun all day hot. Beverages are horrible, either too syrupy or no syrup at all and nothing but ice. Lobby is rarely open and when it is it's filthy. Orders are frequently incomplete when not just flat out wrong. Told to send email with image of register receipt only to get a read receipt and either a rude reply saying they won't correct their error if they reply at all. It seems so poorly run that I doubt it makes a profit and is just used as a tax write off. It's the only thing I can think of why service is so consistently bad.

The sign says $1 for medium or large drink. The website has $1 drinks. I ordered a large drink and was told that it's $1.62 after tax. I showed the cashier and the manager the price online and posted...was told that's the price!??

How come no one can answer a phone there when you call to try and make an order? Is everyone that lazy they can’t do their jobs there…….We were looking on spending $60 to $70 for dinner, but can’t answer the phone.

My MIL went here and asked for a simple change to her order like she does at least twice a month. On this day she was told they couldn't do it. At this time a lady walks out the back and proceeds to cuss, yes cuss her out told her to leave and locked the door!?? After some time find out it's the owner of the place completely rude and unprofessional stay away

I would give -3 stars if I could. The cashier was rude and loud! Refused to substitute an item due to my food allergy. WILL NEVER return to KFC!
