If I could give 6 stars for service I would! I rolled into the drive thru on Monday evening completely oblivious to the closing time at 8pm,it was probably around 7:55pm. Upon realizing this after placing my order and asking Ethan what time they closed he informed me it was in less than 5 minutes. I felt so incredibly bad and apologized profusely. I know as a former food service worker myself how much, for lack of better words it sucks when customers come so late to closing time. You've been there all day and you're trying to clean to get out and go home on time. So anyway, Ethan was ridiculously nice and courteous and the food came out very quickly and it tasted great. So again I'm sorry, but also thank you for serving us Ethan!!!

The most disappointing, and recurring problem with this location is their Chicken Sandwiches. They're advertised as a beautiful chicken breast, but they NEVER give you a chicken breast. Its always chicken fingers. And that's a bunch of BS!

Very angry. My family has been going there for many years. I'm so tired of orders not being filled properly. How hard is it to put a simple condiment in an order, or just having a fresh piece of fried chicken.

The lobby was closed when we arrived, so we went through the drive-thru to place two separate orders. However, the staff refused, saying it was “policy.” This was frustrating, because the only reason we tried to order inside in the first place was to place two separate orders. If the lobby is going to be closed, customers should at least be allowed to split orders in the drive-thru.

At the Los lunas New Mexico KFC I spent $60 on some dry chicken I thought maybe the second piece was going to be better then I took a drink of some nasty sweet tea they probably never cleaned the inside of the ice machine then took a bite of the second piece and I almost threw up I will definitely not eat from that place again

I went to pick up 2 chicken Pot Pies. When I got to the window I was advised it would be about a 30 minute wait. I decided to go inside and wait. While inside waiting I noticed it was very clean inside and one of the employees was wiping everything down in the lobby. While waiting I was updated on the time I had to wait and asked if I wanted a drink while I waited.
This location has to be a front because the food is so bad. Soda is completely flat and it stays like this constantly. The famous bowl will have 3 nuggets for the entire bowl. FBI needs to investigate it honestly because there is no way this is a legit business

We got our food but no SAUCE, who wants to eat chicken with no sauce. And they ask you what sauce you want you expect to get it. We got coleslaw but no forks to eat it with, not very good service if you ask me!!
