Little Caesars Pizza

I used to love Little Caesars deep dish, but the crust was really tasteless. Usually it has a stronger yeast taste but this just wasn't that great today. But service was quick the young man greeted me right away and got my pizza to me quick.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 😑 PIZZA IS SUPER FLAT AND DISGUSTING FALLING APART NOT EVEN COOKED WELL! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SOMETHING ELSE!! NOT HERE!!

No one is ever at the counter and there is no sense of urgency when filling orders and they can't keep staff

My little brother went to buy pizza yesterday and they charged him for two when he asked for ONE, he didn’t notice until he got home that they had charged him for another pizza, Today we went back to get our money back or to get the pizza they charged him but they gave us CRAZY BREAD ?.

None of them are wearing hair nets, hair all over the place on the individuals, they are not washing hands at all(guy grabbed his ear bud then proceeded to make pizzas) they are not organize at all, they tell you one thing, well it does not happen that way! I would recommend shutting it down, starting from scratch!

Today I ordered pizza for me and my wife for dinner, we ordered a cheese pizza, some crazy bread, and my favorite Pretzel pizza….

When I got home we opened the box with the cheese pizza and served it out and it was as expected. But when we opened the box containing the “pretzel pizza” what I got was not what was expected at all. Instead of being pretzel crust it was regular crust, marinara sauce, pepperoni, and to disguise it as a pretzel pizza they put salt on top. When we called to see if there had been a simple mistake, all we were told is that “we don’t do the cheese sauce anymore”. I wouldn’t have mad if they had contacted us before hand saying they don’t have the proper ingredients to make what we ordered, we would have just simply ordered another cheese or something. but instead they just tried to play it off. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I’m not the type to leave a review, but this place is horrible. This is not your typical “hot & ready” Little Caesars. I had such a bad experience last time that I wrote a message to corporate. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza, that is usually hot and ready, 45 minutes before going to pick it up. When I got there the place was busy and there were only 2 younger girls working, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But the young ladies were screaming at each other expressing their hate for working there and how much they want to quit. Loud enough for the full lobby to hear. Then they were rude to every customer to walk in. They weren’t rude to their friends that walked in and went behind the counter and got free pizzas before every patient customer. So once I got my “hot and ready” pizza, an hour and a half later, they decide to tell me then that they don’t have the crazy bread combo and gave me wings instead. So I left a message for corporate hoping something would change, but got no response and had a similar experience just now when I ordered 50 minutes before arriving to an EMPTY little caesars the two young ladies were sitting down and said they haven’t started any pizzas yet. Mind you it’s lunch time and this place promotes “hot & ready” pizzas. But to not have started my pizza I ordered 50 minutes before and see them sitting around I’m pretty furious that these two remain employed here. I won’t return and if your looking for a quick pizza I don’t recommend going here either. Bad representation of the company.

Horrible today pizza looked old like it's been sitting there ?

Customer service in this place is a 50/50 chance you’re going to get a smile or not. For as long as I’ve been coming here. Our orders have always been decent, not much missing. Food however sometimes feels like they were running out of something and made it work with what was left. Other times cuts were not even included. This time around, for the second time, they keep forgetting our sauce. It wouldn’t be too much of a deal before but now those things our 2 bucks each and ordering more than one, they are robbing me of my money. I pay for a little sauce I expect to get my crazy sauce. No one ever answers the phone. Even tried emailing customer service and nothing comes back. So much for ordering here anymore.

Worse place ever!!!! There customer service suck manager in shift did not have patient for her employees was not professional at all and the waiting time is crazy!!!
