Truckers! Short-term parking. What kind of BS is this? They barely have enough truck parking in the first place, and you can not stay for long. They say "this aint no truck stop", yet there are holes here designed for us (?). Fire lanes everywhere. None of the close by empty streets allow overnight parking. BS! American needs to change this. We ain't got nowhere to park.

The coffee cups and lids didn't match and I spilled coffee all over me and the cashier while I was late for work. I needed air in my tires so I use my credit card at the air machine and it was broken. Worst morning experience ever.

The girl working the cash register seems to not like her job. Doesn't like people. Its so weird seeing workers like that. She had a problem with us (customers) not using selfcheck out. Like okay, I guess.

I usually go to the Maverick on Rio bravo, which is immaculate. That store is so clean and the coffee area is so stocked. So I decided to come into this Maverick the other day and oh my God it is so disgusting all the coffee grinders were out of coffee practically. it was filthy. There was nothing stocked, I was completely shocked at the difference . Isn’t there a manager in here that Cares about that?

The fact that the employee went to lock both doors with people inside and people trying to go inside to shop still while a lot of us have break this is the nearest store for our break what's the point of locking the doors while there's customers inside same thing every time

They need to take 24hrs off their hours listing if they're gonna randomly just close the store at random periods during the night. Update* Now they've gone to randomly closing the doors with no warning or explanation in the middle of the day even with 3-4 employees inside. No sign, no explanation from them poor excuses of employees. They just close all the windows when a crowd gathers because you know it's the middle of the day. Store leaves a stain on the brands name.

Good gas prices, but I switched getting a burrito, for getting a slice of pizza, and I was greeted by a HAIR baked into that pizza. Super gross, even when wearing a hat to 'cook' back there, you should have a hair net on. I will never trust food out of that kitchen when girls are letting their hair down.
