Every time I come to this mc Donald's something is wrong. It's either the food is wrong or they take forever. I ordered on the app for a reason 20 minutes away from the store and when I got here it wasn't ready. And mind you there was no one here. What's the point. They have no sense of urgency it's crazy. And no to the mention the attitude no customer service skills what so ever!

Ordered mc delivery. Received our 65.00 order and was missing 4 orders of fries, all the extra sauces and two apple pies. And y'all want 15.00 dollars an hour? I know you're job isn't that hard. Come on do better.

Got off work late 11pm decided to stop by for something to eat so I place my order and then ask to add a Carmel Frappe to my order. And of course I get there number one excuse when try to order a Frappe at this time of night. The good ol sorry sir but our machine is out of service at the moment. But really what they mean is they decided to clean the Frappe machine early and simply make up the out of service storie once again. Like the 3rd time this has happened over here at this time. Not only that but the French Fries 🍟 had to have been left overs from the dam dinner rush . Because they were stale as Fu@k not cool when you just paid $13.00 for your meal. Never happy to basically toss my away.

Long wait for 2 burgers. Even did mobile app for speed, but they second speaker doesn't even work. It says please pull forward. If it said "mobile order? And I pull to the side and get mine. I waited 20 minutes for 2 mcdoubles. They have two order speakers, but they are for show. It never helps with congestion or long waits.
