Every time I come to this McDonalds my order is always wrong. I’m either missing an item or get something completely different. Employees need to be trained to make sure everything is provided. I’m tired of having to drive back to get it corrected.

Twice I went in and wish I would've caught the guys name. I ordered and seen the young man working with tattoos on his neck etc and that guys work ethic was awesome. I seen him working doing things by himself. Brought out the happy meals because he said the kids needed to eat. Great job and thank you young man...

The manager called the cops on two young females who were peacefully eating, not disturbing anyone. The overload of Christian music is unpleasant. I’m here to eat, not be proselytized to. The food is fine. Luke warm fries but a fresh burger.

I don't understand, how you can have two drive thru order screens, get to the order screen before the other side, then get your order taken after the other side, training is definitely needed, these aren't teenagers, they are lifers, still can't do there job correctly

Came to get a late night snack, Sunday around 10:20 pm, we went through the drive the window 1 lady was very rude and bothered because we asked if she could confirm if she had added the cookies and we said thank you she looked at us no response, then window 3 we got our food asked for ketchup and she made it seem like it was a burden to get it, super unpleasant ..

Worth the wait for FRESH fries & FRESH quarter pounders . I drive all the way down from Belen just for the excellent service. Better than the other McDonald’s Ive been to in the area. Thank you Michelle & Los lunas McDonald’s team!

I visited this location on 4/9/25, at around 9pm. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Value Meal and was disappointed. The patty was old, cold and had been pre-cooked. The cheese was not melted and the fries were undercooked. It seems that the service and quality of food really slip from 5pm - closing time. I am very unhappy and don't know that I will return.

I *truly* don’t understand the bad reviews on management and service. The morning manager Jasmine is such a doll and we know each other on a first name basis. Then day manager Thomas is also a great manager. I live behind the HS, and I go every morning for my coffee, and we buy a lot of ice for our broken ice machine. And, only had an issue once or twice. And this is expected. They can’t control crowds, or being short staffed. So give them a break. They work way too hard to get paid so little. YOU ROCK LOS LUNAS MCDONALDS 1700 MAIN! Now, the other location across from Arby’s is realllly horrible. I only go there if I absolutely have to.
