I don't understand, how you can have two drive thru order screens, get to the order screen before the other side, then get your order taken after the other side, training is definitely needed, these aren't teenagers, they are lifers, still can't do there job correctly

Came to get a late night snack, Sunday around 10:20 pm, we went through the drive the window 1 lady was very rude and bothered because we asked if she could confirm if she had added the cookies and we said thank you she looked at us no response, then window 3 we got our food asked for ketchup and she made it seem like it was a burden to get it, super unpleasant ..

Worth the wait for FRESH fries & FRESH quarter pounders . I drive all the way down from Belen just for the excellent service. Better than the other McDonald’s Ive been to in the area. Thank you Michelle & Los lunas McDonald’s team!

I visited this location on 4/9/25, at around 9pm. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Value Meal and was disappointed. The patty was old, cold and had been pre-cooked. The cheese was not melted and the fries were undercooked. It seems that the service and quality of food really slip from 5pm - closing time. I am very unhappy and don't know that I will return.

I *truly* don’t understand the bad reviews on management and service. The morning manager Jasmine is such a doll and we know each other on a first name basis. Then day manager Thomas is also a great manager. I live behind the HS, and I go every morning for my coffee, and we buy a lot of ice for our broken ice machine. And, only had an issue once or twice. And this is expected. They can’t control crowds, or being short staffed. So give them a break. They work way too hard to get paid so little. YOU ROCK LOS LUNAS MCDONALDS 1700 MAIN! Now, the other location across from Arby’s is realllly horrible. I only go there if I absolutely have to.

The lady working the drive through on 12-16-24 around 6pm was so disrespectful I’ve never been so disrespected at a McDonald’s before or at any restaurant . Im an assistant manager at a fast food restaurant and would be so embarrassed if my employees treated a customer the way your drive through lady did. I’ll be calling to make a formal complaint against her.

Every time I go here I ask for a spicy McChicken with added tomato. They charged me for the added tomato every time but never add it very frustrating.

Everything was perfect except the fries which were barely warm.
Sick and tired of the bull we pay for food and every time you mess up something the last 5 visits i’ve paid for bbq sauce and it’s never in the bag. NEVER COMING BACK

Went here for breakfast. Food was good, but the bacon was a bit too stringy and tasted a bit old. But the hash brown was delish and hot and the caramel frappe had extra caramel and was really good for mine. My husband passed like they used rotten milk. He got a stomach ache from it . Only other side note, they always forget napkins.
