I love this McDonald's because the service is fast and nice as well and the bathroom are always kept clean.Parking: I'm able to get in and out without the traffic.Kid-friendliness: The customer service is really fast and kind on taking my orders.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair are good to get in and out and that is so wonderful.

Almost 5 stars but they cannot take 2 separate orders at the drive thru, in one vehicle. It was fine for 9 months and then they stopped... They never gave a real reason why either.???

This McDonald's is by far the best one in the Los Lunas and Bosque Farms area. All the others don't compare! I always have a great experience here. All of the managers and employees here are very friendly and very accommodating! I love the managers Michelle and Felicia so much! Thanks for making this place so special!Parking: Good parking.Kid-friendliness: Good family/kid-friendly restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access to get safely in and out of the restaurant.

Not coming here anymore three times in a row they've rushed me away from the drive thru window and sent me to wait on my order only to receive someone else's order, all three times! The third time I walked in and had to re-order at the counter because they lost my original order, and they still messed it up! had to go back inside and pay for another sandwich because they messed up the first one and didn't give a receipt so I couldn't even prove I paid for it. These were all during night shift.

Wow...........McDonalds has become a big time Ripoff. Don't know... but live in Los Lunas, NM & just ordered two little/small $1.00 cheeseburgers at drive through. My bill was $5.18. The cheeseburgers were just meat(?) / cheese & bread. No pickles or anything else....not even mustard. Not one single napkin in sack. Needless to ...we will never return. What a ripoff, they can keep thier so called food & business
