I love the food here, and have been coming here for years, but my last visit will be my last. I had a long day at work, and just wanted some orange chicken and chow mein. I ordered the plate, with double orange chicken. When i pulled up to the window, the girl took my card, gave it back, then swung the bag at me and closed the glass door. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauces, no acknowledgement at all of my existence. When I got home, there was half a serving of chow mein and only one serving of orange chicken. I would rather drive to abq and go somewhere else now than deal with that.

Sat in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes. Finally got to order my food then got parked for another 30 minutes while I watched people walk in and come out with their food. Don't know why the drive-thru is taking so long

The service for the drive thru is ridiculous. I've been stuck in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. There are no customers inside the dining room so im not sure what's taking so long.

Placed order on line they could nit find ky order that should had been done 30mins of waiting fue to them closing dine the lobby by 8pm even though other people kept going in for their orders and walking out and other standing in line to olace their order but would let us walk in after 3rd attempt we where told to go thrue drive thru only

I Did an online order close it was 8:20pm when I got there and the doors were locked I called to say I had an online order. They said the only way was through the drive-thru or to catch the door with somebody leaving but they couldn't open the door or bring my food.

I stopped here today literally 15 minutes beforclosing and the young man at the window had the best customer service, very polite, great attitude that i belive needs to be recognized by management unfortunately i did not get his name but hope to keep seeiygreat customer seyin the future the food was great 10/100
