Waited in the drive through for almost 15 mins with only 2 cars a head of us on top of waiting for the order to be taken we had to wait another 20 mins for our food! We were told that we were waiting for fresh chicken but when our food came let’s say it was not fresh. The people who walked in to the restaurant were walking out faster than the the people in the drive through.

This store in Los lunas has tje worst process of service. They should have 2 teams to take care of drive through. They make all the orders and let them sit. They have one girl making the orders inside which is good. She's knocking out the people in line. But then the one who is cashing them out let's the orders just sit. And does everything else but cashing people out. Took the girl 10 seconds to put the order together and the one cashing us out takes 20=30 minutes.

I like this place to eat it's one of my favorite places is Panda Express but this place was just not or I should say he has not been very I like to order a head and there's never really awake because I call you right when it's ready but it's just it's been cold lately the food when I picked it up and I've been on time and also it's been this portioned as it used to be

They did take a very long time for Panda. They had us sit out front for a little over 30 minutes. It was long enough that we moved parking spots to closer to the door in case they forgot about us
