I pulled into this Sonic and placed my order. The receipt shows what time the order was placed (9:12 a.m.) and the expected time it should be ready (9:18 a.m.) 9:20 creeps up on me and my order isn't ready. A vehicle pulls up in the stall next to me, and he gets his order at 9:23 a.m. By this time, I am regretting tipping through the app. At 9:26 a.m. the car hop brings my order. I show her the particulars of my order on my phone and ask why the person who pulled up next to me was served first. She says they only have two persons working. This was an educational moment for me. Going forward, I will go elsewhere. Hopefully, THEY will staff better.

Going through the drive-through, I saw six people through the window and only one was doing any work. All the others were standing around talking and/or on their phones. No urgency in preparing an order.

Since moving back to Los Lunas the service at this location has been terrible! I usually order on the app and pick up my order. The first time it took me a hour to get my order even though cars arriving after me were getting their orders right away, I only ordered tater tot’s and a drink. The second time it took them a hour and a half and me pressing the button 3 different times to bring my food. The workers were goofing around the whole time I was sitting there and one of the workers who came out was super apologetic as he did not realize I was waiting because no one told him. The third time I decided to go I got the wrong food! They even had the right receipt taped to the bag but somehow had the wrong food? I will not be going to this location anymore especially because the workers are also super rude and I feel like they think every order is an inconvenience.

Finding Sonic but it's supposed to have a long ass wait. At any time of the day I got my ice cream all melted one night they forgot I was in the store and they still never brought my order out and closed the lights on me I have to call him by phone and tell them where's my order it was just ice cream but shit forgot.

Cheese burger was inedible. Tasted disgusting, took three bites and threw it out. Order totaled $9.95, handed the child a $10 bill, the child cashier handed me my bag and left out my change. I realize it was .5 cents, my child likes coins for her piggy bank. And why keep my change? Done.

Worst service ever so slow with orders and new manager said service would be faster but ends slower
I’m not the type of person you write a bad review so this will be a first for me. I’ve come to this location multiple times and have not once had my order quickly but tonight was an exceptionally bad experience. I went for 3 mini ice creams and 30 minutes later they came out melted with the toppings tossed on top, none of it mixed. The place had 3 cars in the drive through and 3 in the stalls. I watched people who came after me receive their orders before me. The progress on my order which shows on the screen had said it was out of the kitchen and on its way so I waited 5 minutes after that to press the button. The girl was clearly annoyed by my asking by the tone of her voice.I tried to call the location for a refund but the phone wasn’t connected.

Banana shake was super fake tasting. I looked up the ingredients and was shocked at the horrible stuff in it like cottonseed oil, yellow artificial dyes, artificial flavors, and propyl gallate which is known to cause cancer of all organs in rats. I threw it out. It’s really disappointing the FDA continues to allow establishments to sell food that is harmful and toxic to our bodies. It’l shouldn’t even be considered food because all the ingredients are fake. No real bananas, and a small shake contains 20 teaspoons of sugar.
