Constantly, have item out of stock and when you place an order online, the try to not give a refund when they can’t fulfill the order. Order a blast for over 5 dollars and they said they were out and tried to give me a cash refund of a dollar and change and advised that’s all they could do. The finally agreed to void the order and refund the full order amount. Last time this happened they said they refunded my card and not till a week later that I realized I didn’t get refunded and kept the refund receipt. They put the refund as cash but didn’t give me cash. Therefore they pocketed my refund. Filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back. Definitely need a change of management at this location.

Missing food, wrong order. I was unbelievably sad that my burger was not the one I ordered and the chicken tenders I ordered did not arrive, I didn't spend $60 to to get this depressing result, I would not recommend

Went there to get ice cream and was told they were not doing stall orders. Okay so I went and spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. Get to the order box just to have the employee tell me they are not doing ice cream tonight. Not that the equipment is down. They are just not doing ice cream. Terrible customer service and I will not be back to this sonic ever again!

I haven't had sonic in a while, so I thought I would give it a try. I placed what I thought would be a simple online order, a burger with no lettuce or tomato, with fries and a drink. I pick up the order, take it home, and surprise, surprise, a burger with lettuce and tomato. So there are really only 2 possibilities here. Either they don't care enough to make special orders, or their cooking staff don't know English to read the special orders. If the former, I don't trust them enough to also care enough to keep the kitchen clean, if the latter, well, I got nothing nice to say and I'll leave it at that. Sure there is a 3rd possibility that it was just an honest mistake, but it had the correct order info on the receipt so I consider that unlikely.

Went after a show around midnight cause it was the only place open late and even though it was busy it was worth the wait or I was hungry either way wife and I were satisfied.

Food’s good if you have to have a quick bite drinks are great. Service is great. Came in after rain. Parking lot was muddy, but you stay in your car.
