I don’t like this place in particular , there service is horrible I keep telling them light ice no sweetener and they still put it , and I preorder in the morning to stop to get in and out and the girls in the morning instead of making drinks there in their phones or doing something else instead of making drinks . I stand and wait for my drink buts it’s like they ignore me and once they feel like asking what I’m waiting for , it would be like ten minutes later . Horrible service honestly for me .Honestly talk need to let go of the girls who work in the morning and actually hire people who take pride in there work .

This store is ridiculous. They can never properly prepare a drink. Because the drinks are made incorrectly my coffee constantly tastes horrible. Today I purchased the over $8 strato frappuccino and received a cup full of so much foam the actual coffee did not even go up to the 1st bottom line of the cup. My husband ordered the same drink and side by side you would have thought they were completely different. If I wanted a cup of over priced foam I would put cream in a blender and make it myself. The constant incompetency needs to be addressed. Thank God they finally built a Dunkin safe yourself and go there instead.

So, I've been holding out on my review for the past year. I'm waiting for things to hopefully get better. They have not. They do not make their drinks correctly here. I have started driving further into town to the other Starbucks on the opposite side of town. It's very inconvenient, to say the least. I don't work in town. I literally have to drive to Albuquerque to go to work every day. It would be nice to have a delicious cup of my favorite. Coffee on the way into work. However, most of the time, I'm unable to do this. It's not just me. No one I personally knows likes to go to this Starbucks because of the fact that the drinks are not made correctly and most of the ladies working there are pretty rude.

A chai latte you should take no more than 3 minutes took the Barista 25 minutes after asking him to get it done three times. How many people were inside? 4 high school girls. Play showed up after I did and got their drinks immediately.

Several times, I've gotten a plain latte. When ordering a Carmel brulee latte. Extra brulee topping. It's getting of annoying considering it is a popular and seasonal drink. So I guess I'll take my plain latte home.. I've gone back multiple times on multiple occasions to get my correct drink. I wish it was my drink, but I tried it before getting it home to my wife.

good place and all but Nate, the drive thru person was very rude, listening to a conversation and assuming our order and not letting us order what we wanted. interrupted us and placed any drink and only asked for the size not what we wanted and messed up our order.
