We came into have lunch with my boys, they received gift cards and wanted to use them. The girl was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The moment we walked in. When we ordered and went to pay it said the gift cards were not valid. I called to check the balance and the cards had money. I asked her to check on her side, she scanned it and said "nope" and handed it back. No explanation no apology no nothing. We ended up leaving. She has horrible customer service and a terrible attitude. And she was dressed like she just rolled out of bed. I have never been treated so badly there!!! And needless to say we will not be back!

We came to this subway due to good reviews, but the service was terrible. They didn’t even greet us when we came in and looked upset to have to serve us. They would not accept our Subway coupon and couldn’t even spare a smile. We felt unwanted which was unfortunate because we came out of town for a tournament and were wanting to come several times this weekend, but we will not be back.

EAT THE MEATBALLS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION!!! The meatballs are supposed to always be at a certain temp and the employees are supposed to be checking the temp throughout the day they also use day old meatballs so please be careful along with the steak and roast beef the way they are packaged is not fresh in anyway they come out so gross and the roast beef has a weird discolor to it

I had my wife go to this Subway around 7:00 pm. Tonight 3-6-2024. She purchased two foot long subs varrius ingredients a foot long chocolate chip cookie and a churros, when we all started to eat everything tasted wierd. I think it was oven cleaner or had gas fumes etc. I couldn't tell you but I quit eating after one bite of each item. Good thing too because everyone else became very sick.. I will never go back.. Just be careful, I have been there several times and this was my only experience like this..SUBWAY FRESH MORE like SUBWAY GROSS..SAD....JUST SAD.....

Poor service ,asked for a kids meal and got charged separately for everything the manager was rude about it and didn't want to fix it. Do not recommend this place I'd rather go to another subway out of my way. I even gave a tip that wasn't deserved at all. Not a good business establishment because you hire people who cheat there customers.

Why the heck is there a homeless man always in there at night? He brings in at least like 5 bags of junk taking up the aisle which is a trip hazard and a fire hazard. Would hate for someone to trip and fall then sue this particular establishment…Homeless Joes got to go.
I ordered a salad and they shook all the continents inside way too hard which .The salad looked very gross the texture of the lettuce was literally slimy. Plus my salad bowl was less than half full.
