Every time myself or my boyfriend goes to get food from this Taco Bell either they can’t do grilled items or they can’t do fried items it’s is one of the two every time we go. If you guys are going to stay open until 1:30 I would recommend you keep your grill and oven on until 1:30. Horrible service

@12:35am Tuesday night/ Wednesday morning I pulled up to the drive thru and the employees working there were closed for the night. I asked what time he closed and he told me 1am. I continued to ask why they were closing early and they did not respond. What’s the point of marketing that Taco Bell is open til one is the employees close early. What a waste of labor cost and my time as a customer.

The workers will straight up lie to you and tell you there’s a “new policy” that mobile orders have to be picked up inside if they’re being too slow or lazy. It’s not true and they’re just liars. WE USE MOBILE ORDER TO SKIP THE LINE! Suck it up and walk outside to the cars. They’ll also forget food and sauces and act like you’re trying to steal from them. EDIT TO ADD: the only employee they have working there at least on nights is the really sweet red head guy!
How do you manage to not thoroughly cook three cheese quesadillas and forget your sauce.?
Seriously. Undercooked cheese quesadillas are disgusting and I wasted my money going to this particular TB. Sucks since it's the only one in town.

One of the worst taco bells I've ever been to. I've visited this one probably 3-4 times and every single time they are out of something. Usually small things but sometimes it seems like half their menu isn't available. And when I do get what I order, the quality definitely varies. Some items seem very old or even expired. The staff seems nice enough but they are definitely understaffed. If you're able to go to a different location, I would recommend doing so.

Put in mobile order at 11:45 pm showed up at 12:15 am they told us they weren’t accepting any more orders we would have to cancel the order even though they close at 1:30 am. We’ve had good food before. 🤷♂️ We went up to Del Taco instead .. Well on our way back home we passed the taco bell again at 12:50am we could see both employees were still in the taco bell working in the kitchen through the window. Its a shame. Oh well

The worst establishment in Los Lunas. If I could've no stars I would have. Nobody interacts with you when you walk in and they are rude as hell. Another customer walked in and asked for the manager and the manager told an associate I'm not dealing with that.
