This location is ridiculous. the few times we order here, every time they always mess up simple orders, they forget parts of the order and never tell you and when it says 10 mins for the order, it takes almost an hour. they really need to fire all these useless kids and get new employees that actual work. never again will we eat at this location

This is the 3rd time we ordered AND paid $3 for extra cheese on 5 tacos. When a customer pays for extra please make sure they get it. This isn't even enough cheese without ordering extra.

This is how I received my #7 quesadilla this evening. Just gross, not edible.
I paid for 2 5.99 meals and a large fry. Upon arrival I was told I can not get the chalupa I ordered because the friers were out. So I settled for the flat bread. At the window. I Also ordered a spicy potato taco. They said they also couldn't accommodate my order because they shut the friers down at 11pm. So I settled for a quesadilla instead. When I got my order my fries were ice cold, the chalupa was uncooked and the quesdailla wasn't cut. Not hot sauce and no straws. This was a unpleasant experience from this taco bell. Money wasted....

No help!! Went to pick up a DoorDash order and was not greeted, watched as all of the employees as well all sat on their phones waited almost 10 minutes to even talk to someone. Order was not prepared even after waiting

I asked for no tomatos and thry gave me extra! So many times have i got the erongthings on my order or missin so many things! Do better workers! Its your job but its our meal!

A great place to pass by if your phone is tracking you on your travels I highly recommend passing by this place if it's like on the way to some place that you have to be going
Purchased a #6 chalupa meal ($15.00)
Food was cold and this is what they placed in my bag for hot sauce.
Where is quality control? You can feel sauces are all sticky and stuck together. Why would you like serve these sauces to your customers?

The fries were so hard and old and i mean come on the cheese isn’t even melted and it looks like they tossed it around before hand 😭

Went at 11:30 on June 12th to Taco Bell went through the drive through and cashier was rude yelling and saying they weren’t serving fried food which is basically 2/3rds of the menu. Didn’t even say it nicely or anything.
