Drive thru person needs a lesson in customer service. Never once said thank you. Never said your welcome when I said thank you. Didn't even smile. I got the impression that he really didn't want to be there.
Customer service was great but my only problem is that everytime I come here my rice is either old or not fully cooked so I bite on hard pieces of rice everytime I'm eating my bowl.
One of the worst taco bells I've ever been to. I've visited this one probably 3-4 times and every single time they are out of something. Usually small things but sometimes it seems like half their menu isn't available. And when I do get what I order, the quality definitely varies. Some items seem very old or even expired. The staff seems nice enough but they are definitely understaffed. If you're able to go to a different location, I would recommend doing so.
