Teofilos is not what they used to be. They no longer serve chips and salsa before the meal. The food is marginal at best and the portions are smaller. The servers try to clear your plate before you're finished eating. Unfortunately this was the third time we've eaten there and we won't be back.

Esthetically an amazing restaurant! Service ok and food was bad... the ground beef has to be steamed or something because it turns to mush, the tamales 100% are frozen or old and the corn tortillas are over cooked and hard. Service would've been better if they sat us in the front where there were maybe 3 parties seated out 20ish tables, but walked us back too a small room (which i thought was weird) so being that far back service suffered. So overall overpriced for really bad food, but building was amazing, clean bathrooms, and tap water was 10/10.

Seems to be a bit less high quality, avocado stickers, and pit in the avocado dip, rocks in the beans, all that was said is its happends sometimes. Its happends 4 different times to me but perhaps I'm being picky. Another issue is being seated and ignored for 45 minutes as others are waited on. This has always been a favorite of mine since I was little a bit disappointed. 😞
The staff are incredibly nice. They're laid back, attentive and you can hear and see how much they love working there. The music is not too loud, either! The food is incredible. Authentic food and restaurant. Impressed.

I got the tamale combo plate. Wow. So delicious. Glad I stopped her in my way to Moab! And quick, friendly service! The sopapillas were wonderful.

i have been here several times and it's usually amazing but today I ordered an enchilada plate the food in general was great but as i dug into my food a hair was on my fork coming from the inside of the food i literally pulled it out it i checked it and looked at it it was very clear it was not my hair having grey spots.i was honestly disgusted by the length of the hair. very sad i usually love this place hope it was only a one time thing

TERRIBLE service. If you are ok with waiting 2 hours for food, it coming COLD, no waiter around, paying 6 bucks for crumbs for chips, and them adding gratuity to your bill, have at it.

This place is a scam the food is terrible service is even worse then the food the manager himself charged my card 10$ more then he should have when confronted lost his temper and wouldn't take accountability when math was added they only got 1 star just so I could leave this review

Waited 2 hours for food. Was served cold to include fajitas. No server to be found, had to get up multiple times to ask bus boy for things. They tried warming my fajitas in microwave to re serve to me. They gave crumbs for chips and changed 6 dollars. The manager made excuses about how they had a table of 14 and that was supposed to excuse our awful experience. Never again. Avoid this place at all costs!

The venue it's self is lovely nice out door space. But felt the service was sub par. I had to get my husband a refill had to look for server so we could get our check. The carne adovada was very flavorful
