Horrible customer service and food was not good at all like a hour wait to get my food and when I got it it was nasty 🤮

My husband and I have only gone to Denny's for breakfast on the days when Trish works. She is AMAZING! She's efficient and caring, always making sure we have everything we need. I don't think we've ever had a better waitress in any restaurant. So, why is my rating only average? The junk that Denny's calls "music" is HORRIBLE. We might visit more often if they would play some nice "elevator music" rather than that modern crap!

All around it was just a terrible breakfast! Both the hashbrowns and bacon were undercooked and cold. The toast was a bit on the too toasty side, it was burnt. We won't return. Good luck!

Here for lunch, waited almost 10 minutes before we were seated, people coming up to pay their bills, others picking up ( which they could not find) And still we waited,4 other couples walked out as we were being ignored. Ultimate Omelet was hot, but hash browns were cool. Toast was stone cold with yellow blobs of something on them. Asked for milk shake, told ice cream machine was broken, and had been for over a month. Went to pay the bill, host man did not have change for a $100.00 and this is lunch time! He went to get change so we could pay the bill , but again no change, ended up giving us 75 cents in nickels!. Our server Patricia J was trying her best, but host man needs to be replaced and loads of people training. Please for your customer sake do something.

Are you tired of being singled out because you want to eat quietly while others around you are smitten with their phones? Well if you're one of those, Denny's doesn't want your business. Read this: I'm a 70 year old physician and it was my birthday nonetheless April 11 2022, I asked to be seated away from everyone during an off hour for breakfast on my way home from the hospital. So what does the server with the christian tattoos do, she sits the next couple right next to us, even though my entire section was empty. So I exhaled quietly, only to be rattled back to reality by the invasive annoyingly loud ring of their cellphone, followed by an equally loud conversation on speaker phone, to which I said "PLEASE." The daughter turned and said "F#@k You, what's your problem? To which I retorted, "I just did a 12 hour day and would like some peace," Then the berates began, "Bit*h, Crackhead, Cu%t, Sh**thead, F$#kface." I asked, "Did you just call me a Bit*h and a F$kface?" This time the server steps in and tells me "You can't talk to other customers like that," to which I said "I'm only repeating what she said to me." Then said "I'm out of here," with some man in a black mask giving me a Sara Palin bye-bye wave. I sincerely wanted to explain the situation one more time, yet felt that it would be useless. It's obvious that Denny's in Los Lunas NM doesn't wish my business 3 times a week (that's over $100 a week), with my husband, so I'm finding someplace else to go.
