To the staff on 6/16 at 745pm. Guy with glasses, another tall gentleman (who refused to give me the rag to clean up) and a sweet lady. Thank you for cleaning up after alllll my nieces and nephews. I asked for a rag to clean a little mess that the kids made. With out hesitation kid with glasses walks over with cleaner bottle in hand and cleaned everything up right away. THANK YOU. Hope your boss sees this and y’all get an incentive !!! Truly amazing service. Wish I would have got names. But thank you to that trio !! All the kids enjoyed every drop lol

Their ice cream bars are incredibly creamy, flavorful, and perfect for customizing with delicious toppings. Lots of flavors and lots of topping options, they give samples so you know you're gonna like what you get, the people there are super nice They make everything in house so it's super fresh. the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. If you’re looking for a refreshing and high-quality treat, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! we come here every week with our family the Elote is a must try hands down.

The Dubai I received this time was absolutely disgusting, with a color that was completely off and frankly, disturbing. It looked nothing like what I got last week, and I’m really disappointed by the change in quality. While I will acknowledge that the staff were kind and very helpful in explaining why it was like that but that alone doesn’t make up for the poor experience. Given how disappointing this was, I definitely won’t be coming back again for the dubai

Deserts and drinks were good! However, if it’s your first time (if you’re not Hispanic or not familiar with the menu) the customer service is terrible. They don’t explain anything they just look at you like you’re “special” whenever you ask a question. We definitely felt out of place, not welcoming AT ALL!
