A friend of mine gave me a gift card for the range because I moved to Los Lunas New mexico. We went for breakfast there yesterday and it was completely amazing! All of the food is made from scratch and I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. The chicken fried steak was fresh and not frozen with it being hand battered and fried to perfection! It was one of the best chicken fried steaks I've ever had in my life and it was topped with sausage country gravy that was amazing! Our server Eric was very friendly and eager to take care of us with anything that we requested. He is an amazing server and this is an outstanding restaurant that I highly recommend! Give it a try!

I love the Range. I enjoy my salmon salad every time I come in. I like the carrot cake the waitress did a lovely job too. The one thing that always disappoints me though is the water is awful. You can taste softener in it or something and I wish that they would get a water filtration system in place so that I could drink a glass of water there. I just mentioned it because it’s like the third time I’ve gone there and asked for a glass of water. It is absolutely awful…

First time dining at the range Cafe here in Los lunas. The service was great! We got seated right away. The atmosphere was warm and Inviting. Our waitress April was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! We ordered the Classic NM enchilada plate, the Lobo Club, and sweet potato fries will melted cheese. The food was fresh and exactly what we ordered! Very tasteful and fulfilling!

Got a gift certificate and it still was a major disappointment. Every single time we give this place a chance the food is terribly bland and/or they get our order wrong. Ordered the shrimp pasta and green chile cheeseburger sliders. The shrimp pasta was VERY watery with almost no flavor whatsoever. The green chile cheese burger sliders were also flavorless and the meat only covered half of the slider on each. After giving The Range several chances over the years (including the other locations), we will not be going back. We can cook way better at home. Service is okay at best. Atmosphere is beautiful and unique but doesn’t make up for the BLAND food.
I usually love coming here but was so disappointed today. 😥 eggs, bacon, and potatoes were so gross and looked like it had been reheated in the microwave. We also got 4 orange juices and it was $27! Coffee was burnt as well… The waiter saw we had kids and gave them full size adult cups instead of kids cups. Really sad!

You have to expect to take a bit longer for your dining experience here, but it is due to the nice hospitality of the staff and well crafted unique foods they provide in an nice atmosphere.

OK, so we went in and started with a pumpkin cinnamon roll that was beautifully displayed in a huge display case full of sweets. The very cool attentive rocker dude behind the counter named Lyric took great care of us, made perfect suggestions, and kind of special ordered for us. All the staff was attentive and :-) but this young man really hit it out of the park. We had carne Adovada Range breakfast enchiladas, and a really cool Power bowl that my wife loved, lean sausage and fresh ingredients. Super relaxing and chill time on Sunday morning sitting at the counter even though the restaurant was busy. Great job, great place.
