I placed my order through the mobile app. I got here after 7 min. No one is behind or in front of me. They have me sitting here, waiting for my food for 10min. I finally get my order. Nothing is correct. Its seriously NOT HARD TO READ or follow direction. I made it sooooo easy by ordering through the app. Top it off, food got cold, they are not short or employees, and it was practically empty with 2 customers inside, by the time i left. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. This is the 5th time they messed up my order.

Very poorly ran ,very dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting . I can't believe a single patty baconator costs 7 dollars.you get a crappy little piece of bacon with a patty and cheese on a smashed bun with some ketchup and mustard.atleast McDonald's is 3 bucks and you get green chillies 2 patties and onions.worst burger ever.I will never eat here agine.I will tell all my family and friends how crappy Wendy's has gotten.do sad I used to love Wendy's too.

Table was covered in salt and had to clean it myself, ordered a baconator and baconator fries for me and my partner and neither had any bacon.

I went there for dinner in July 2025 when I got home and took a bite of my hamburger it was very under cooked and very pink. The management needs to be held accountable for the teenagers cooking for them before someone gets very sick.

When our food was brought to our table it was in a bag. Everything was literally thrown in. We had to re-make a chicken wrap. Fries were dumped in the bag. There were dirty tables & it was not busy. The floor was filthy. It was full of flies. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. My granddaughter & i just both walked out, we didn't even want to touch anything in there. All young kids working and you could tell they had an attitude that they just didn't care about anything.
