Table was covered in salt and had to clean it myself, ordered a baconator and baconator fries for me and my partner and neither had any bacon.

I went there for dinner in July 2025 when I got home and took a bite of my hamburger it was very under cooked and very pink.
The management needs to be held accountable for the teenagers cooking for them before someone gets very sick.

When our food was brought to our table it was in a bag. Everything was literally thrown in. We had to re-make a chicken wrap. Fries were dumped in the bag. There were dirty tables & it was not busy. The floor was filthy. It was full of flies. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. My granddaughter & i just both walked out, we didn't even want to touch anything in there. All young kids working and you could tell they had an attitude that they just didn't care about anything.

We went to 4 tables in the lobby, and all were dirty. Table at the dirty table we finally sat at was very loose and we almost dropped our drinks.

Clearly the time that they open is just a suggestion . Everything said they open at 7:30 for breakfast. store front and all doors were locked. I love wendys but do not waste you time or money at this one. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I would give a 0 stars if that was an option. 👎

Here at Drive thru -window, ordered 2 more five dollars biggy bags. At window I asked both to be with Nuggets, received the order, checked at window, my order not complete, I was told they don't do that. I think she's the worker at Wendy's, to inform me the customer at window they didn't do what I requested. These girls lack communication, self control and professional services. Remember that's not your home, or a bar to roll your eyes and have the audacity to say they don't give refunds 😭😭to the owner, retrain your staff to take orders politely, communication is key, do better Wendy's Los Lunas. They are the face of your business. You pay them to do a service. Look at your reviews, I'm not at all shocked what is written in the review section. Called to talk to manager, hung up telephone once I asked when the owner would be available. The owner, always wants to be. Available, this is there investment!

Sadly things go undone so we order don't like the Service and can't get a refund! This would put you the owner out of business 😭😭

I don’t do many reviews because a lot of the time it’s not that big of a deal. Every single time I go to this Wendy’s though something is always missing from my order. I usually get the fries but the last couple of times I’ve gotten them they’re not good so I asked for a baked potato instead well there is no butter on my potato and no sour cream. Why??? I don’t understand why this is a contest issue.
