I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one is coming to answer it. They only delivered 21 wings instead of 30 and I want some of my money back.

Ordered 20 piece boneless wings got home and did not get ranch. Went back to the restaurant and was asked for my order which I did not bring back. But was questioned about getting ranch. And then was told that I need to check my own order next time before I leave the store. How is that the customers job. This place has gone down hill recently.

Never had any issues with this location..they were always on point with everything...went today...spent almost 40 dollars on food for me n my daughter...drove all the way to Belen cuz we were busy got home....cheese fries that I asked to be well done and extra seasoned, with just cheese no seasoning what so ever. Open her bone in wings....looked like no meat was on them, and to top it off, NO RANCH was given to us ...I shoulda checked to make sure everything was up to par but I didn't. Another couple had no ranch either and he had to read the bag to make sure ranch was in there....no one double checked the orders before handing them out either like they usually do. Not a good experience today. Do better wing stop.

It was a wonderful experience, good food, good service.
Their phone call system was down and we had drove all the way from Belen to pick up our order and it wasn’t ready when we got there. They had told us that the phone system was down and that we weren’t allowed to get the same deal that we got online, but we had already placed the order online and they wouldn’t accommodate us For what we wanted so we had to wait 30 minutes to get our food and pay more money and then they didn’t even give us our drink so then we had to pay for another drink because we couldn’t get the same thing we had already ordered online

Couldn’t stop coughing after eating here, I don’t know what they put in the food but it’s not good for your health. Food tastes good but I didn’t feel good after eating it. The persistent coughing went away within 24 hour. This is why I eat out less, the quality of the food is garbage.
I had: Hot wings which were good. Korean wings which were ok. Seasoned fries which were really good. Blue cheese with my hot wings.

Im not one to post complaints but this one for the Wing Stop in Los Lunas, NM is much needed!
The gentleman there were very friendly and helpful, the lady Jeri Rios on the other hand was very unprofessional and rude. I placed a nearly $80 purchase, which she forgot our drink in the first place and then got irritated when we asked for it. And when we emptied our 3 bags of food I found we were missing the $2 veggies that I paid for. So I asked for them and she instantly threw a fit and raised her voice at me saying I was stealing from the company...my $2 veggies that SHE forgot. Not to mention how unprofessional she was to a customer over the phone, she was also extremely rude to the other employees that were there as well!! All of this happened in front of my 2 children. Needless to say this person should NOT work around people!!
