Really bad experience with “manager” Alexis I’ve had multiple wrong orders she’s didn’t even try to help us she said to leave the store or she’ll call cops on us I really dislike this locating because of workers like this 😡 Wingstop needs to check up on this place!!

Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.

I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

Everytime I want to call and make an order when I get off work they keep changing the time on when I can make a call order I just want something to eat when I get off at like 10:30 to 11pm i called at 11:01 pm and they said oh we stop taking orders over the phone at 11 or even when their website isn't working they don't want to do their damn job

10/10 service I had car problems and almost didn’t make it to pick up my food but thankfully Wingstop pulled through and gave me my order right at 12am as a pregnant woman I appreciate you guys

I ordered the original wings to I think it was 12 piece with celery sticks and carrot sticks. The wings were very good, not fatty like some places, not overly large wings, but they they were adequate. The flavor was good. Had a little spice to it but not a lot. The price was about what you would expect at a wing store. The service was good. The man behind the counter you know was very patient with me because I wasn't sure what I wanted to get at first and he kind of explained what they had and how many pieces and what not. So that was helpful. There was not a lot of atmosphere to it. There were like maybe four tables. Everybody was just picking up or you know taking out food

I was advised my order would be ready 11-15 minutes it wasn’t ready for 45-50. I waited for my order and the employees were joking and cussing about how they got written up on Halloween. The food was literally inedible with how over fried the chicken was. The fries were unseasoned and soggy. We threw 80% of our order away. Absolutely not worth the $60 we paid for 3 meals. Worst location we’ve ever been to.

Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food

Have ordered 3 times and 3 times got the wrong order. Asked for a refund and after not getting it after 2 weeks I called and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Trash

Tasted like jerky, dry.
Will never go back and suggest nobody goes not a good place
