Absolutely loved it!! I don’t spend much time in the Los Ranchos area so it was my first time eating here. Totally worth it!! Price, Food Quality, Service, All of it!! Thank You.
Vegetarian options: Genuine Vegetarian options are limited and if you live in New Mexico you know most ALL chilé and/or beans are made with lard or meat broth. But truthfully any meal can be made vegetarian if the person ordering is mindful and orders accordingly.

I planned a wedding brunch with Kim for a year. She was always very responsive and helped create an incredible brunch for my family. The food was delicious and the restaurant atmosphere was very cool with the speakeasy. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I had same experience..not busy yet sat there, after water, for over 15 min...server disappeared and other servers walked by with no interaction at all. I also left ..disappointed as I had been going there for years prior..poor poor service!

Decide to try this place last Saturday. My wife and I arrived at about 11:30am and were told it would be a 30 minute wait to be seated. There were only 4 tables seated so we thought it was weird we had to wait but oh well. Finally got a text that a table was open. Got seated and were brought menus and water. We sat there for 25 minutes and no one even spoke to us so we got up and walked out. Never again.
We were out running errands in an unfamiliar part of town and wanted to get a bite. This came up in our Internet search and had great reviews. So we decided to give it a try and am very glad that we did. We got a great table on the patio. Our server was excellent and made helpful recommendations on food and drinks. It was a great experience. My Bloody Mary was perfectly spicy. My ham and cheese omelet was huge, and made for tasty leftovers. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the patio while watching the balloons fly over during Fiesta. Everything was high quality and delicious. Our server was friendly, engaging and attentive. Highly recommend!

Went for breakfast, and it was delicious! Ordered the 4th street egg sandwich and french toast. The green chili with the sandwich was flavorful and the whip cream with the French toast was sweet and tasty! The bacon was also yummy.
Service was awesome and atmosphere is cool!

The greeting and entrance were wonderful! The wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Our favorite parts of the meal were the calamari appetizer and the flourless chocolate cake and apple pie with homemade cinnamon ice cream. No one at our table were overly impressed with their entrees. The wine and cocktails were delicious though. We had dined at Pelicans the night before and the food was amazing but it was a crowded restaurant. I think Vernon's is on the right track as far as ambiance but for the price they need to work on seasoning and balance of their entrees.
We go to Vernon's 3-4 times a year for birthdays, anniversaries exedra and it's always as good as the first time we went. If you're looking for a nice dinner and a reason to dress up this place is absolutely it!

It was our first time to Vernon's, it was fantastic. Food was good, atmosphere great and the creativity of having an old school speakeasy in Abq is amazing. We will be back for sure.
This was our second time at Vernon's, we were celebrating my 64th birthday with our daughter. We had a great time and everything was sensational. The crab cakes and scallops as appetizers, they were spot on. The wait staff were very good and we had such a great time.
Ribeye dry and not juicy nor the best cut of beef. I have had better. Filet mignon was better last time I was there. Wedge salad was excellent as was the amazing baked Brie and mac and cheese. Alcoholic beverages were award quality. Bon appetit.
Vernon's is an out of the way oasis. It is a challenge to go thru getting in to the restaurant but that is all part of the experience which is amazing. I wish I lived close enough to go to dinner every week but I am glad that I was lucky enought to experience the restaurant while we were visiting. We really did win the lottery! If you are fortunate enough to have Sean for your waiter and wine guy then count yourself blessed. He was a big part of the experience and I hope that our paths cross again in the future. We have traveled all over the world and had amazing food, wine, cocktails, and ambience and we had all of that at Vernon's. Thanks for the memories!!! Brad & Cathy
We really loved the fun of getting into the speakeasy with a password. The food and service were impeccable. The bread pudding was amazing, and I loved the painkiller (it's strong though)! Overall this was a superb date night spot. Thanks for making our trip special!
