We are part time New Mexico residents. We live in Tesuque which is just north of Santa Fe. But we drive for brunch to Campo. It's just that good. Always the best meal we have on our 3-4 week visits. Austin was our server last weekend. He's the perfect person to represent Campo. He was informative, sincerely friendly and more. He told us the specials and we both has the eggs benedict with salmon. I absolutely love Los Poblanos! 🌿 I’m New Mexican born and raised, but after moving to Florida three years ago, every visit home includes a stop here—for the shop and for Campo. The food is hands down amazing, the drinks are the kind you dream about, and the shop always lets me bring a little piece of New Mexico back with me. I’ve never had the opportunity to stay here yet, but it’s definitely on my bucket list. Happy to call this place a part of my home. 💍✨
The food was amazing! We came for brunch and sat at the bar. The potatos were our favorite. I bought their spice mix to try and make something similar at home. The coffee was amazing and we loved hanging out and talking to the staff. It's a beautiful place to visit and the food tastes so fresh and comforting. We loved going for a walk afterwards to see the gardens and the farm animals.
