As out-of-town visitors, stopping at Celina's Biscochitos was a highlight of our trip to Albuquerque! Not only are the cookies absolutely phenomenal (perfectly flaky and buttery—just like the New Mexico state cookie should be!), but the staff was so incredibly friendly and welcoming.
