Los Poblanos is a historic ranch renovated during the Great Depression into an experimental agricultural farm and cultural center for Albuquerque with the primary residence later converted in the historic inn of today. It’s a wonderful reminder of our past we can enjoy today. Worth a visit, diner or stay.
On Rio Grande, this property is a gem. There is a restaurant, spa and a farm store. A special place for family, friends, and single travelers.
Love this Inn and farm. It is beautiful and their lavender is amazing.
Pretty place but no Rio Grande views fyi. Restaurant faces east not west so nogood for sunset.
The Los poblanos website indicates that Bar Campo is open daily with a seasonal patio open from 1-9. It also mentions you can order small bites at the bar. We arrived at the bar area at 1:30pm and asked to be seated on the patio. The hostess informed us that “they will be opening this area soon” and we could not sit there at this time. But, we could go into the bar area inside and that it was open seating in there. Of note, there was a couple sitting on the patio area in front of the bar. We had a seat at a table that was open inside. There were only two bar top seats open and one of which a customer had her foot on - occupying space on that chair, so it was obviously not a clearly open seat. It took some time for a bartender, Gabriel, to approach us. He asked “what are you guys looking to get?” To which we replied just a drink. He brought menus that only had drinks, no small bites as mentioned in the website, and left. When he returned he pointed to the two seats I mentioned earlier that another customer was taking up space at and said “do you guys mind moving to the bar top? These seats you are at are going to be closed and it would really help us out. Will you be comfortable with that? If not I can help you here.” To which we replied we would just leave. He did not attempt to keep us there. Clearly Los Poblanos either has an employee training problem or a problem with the information they list on their website since neither one seem to agree on what they offer at the Bar. If you would like to give your money to this business they will very happily turn you away if you’re presence doesn’t suit their liking.
Food is absolutely fantastic. Service is top-notch. Would strongly recommend.
My family and I had a wonderful breakfast at Los Poblanos. It was my first time there, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the exceptional ambiance. I highly recommend visiting Los Poblanos.
I live in Albuquerque so have never stayed at the hotel but I visit the restaurant often (for brunch, happy hour, and dinner). Food and cocktail service is among the best you'll find in ABQ. If weather permits, reserve an OUTDOOR TABLE for dinner. Time it so you can watch the amazing red/purple sunset over the Sandias. It's an exquisite experience!
Don’t skip the gift shop - the products are amazing!!
GREAT food, service and location. THANK YOU!!! Only the croissant was FAR TOO greasy

Beyond fantastic and I'm a picky, picky traveler! The hotel was amazing! Only tiny tweak - they could have turned the pool pump on... for some reason it was a little dirty and could have used a bit of a cleaning!
We went there to enjoy nature and hopefully buy some honey.
We ended up having a super fun time. Loved roaming around the store. There were so many cool items. The lavender flavored vodka was very interesting. I also loved the lavender sugar cookies. Oh, and the espresso was unbeatable.
What a cool place!
I’d recommend this to anyone overstimulated or exhausted.
Ate lunch at Campo restaurant here, delicious and served in a beautiful location. Would LOVE to come back with my sister and stay here a couple of nights. Beautiful grounds and wonderful food!
