The green chile biscuit breakfast sandwich was so yummy. Same for the green chile bagel breakfast sandwich. Loved the seating area with a mix of comfy couches and tables. The owners were there adding to the charm.

If you’re looking for a small batch homemade bakery with the best chai tea, look no further. Los Ranchos Bakery is hands down one of the best bakery’s in ABQ. They have such a great variety of baked goods, breakfast and lunch items. Their breakfast sandwich is delicious on fresh baked bread or you can upgrade to their fresh baked bagel which is just as delicious. Their key lime pie is out of this world and if you come on a day they’ve baked it make sure you get two slices, you’ll thank me later! They also have a few toys for your kiddo to play with which is a huge plus. Love this place and their food!

I've been going to Los Ranchos Bakery for years. It's always been a quaint small friendly bakery. It has totally changed, I was there today. The interior is different. The exterior is different. Now it's connected with some sort of real estate company. They just lost my business by becoming a regular run-of-the-mill establishment.

My favorite bakery . I have been ordering their Sticky buns for a couple years now and lately
It seems like their recipe has changed. They used to be big fluffy and airy.. Now they are small and dense. Not sure if there is a different person baking them, but please change back to the old recipe!! Also lately the brownies have been cold and too hard to eat.

Tried this place 3 times. Their baked goods are so incredibly dry. Cupcakes : dry and bland. Chocolate cookies: coughed on the dryness.. my sweets-loving kiddos didn’t even ask for a second bite. And the bread… oh, the bread. It just crumbles bc of the dryness. I’ve tried 3 different loaves. One time I asked for it sliced, girl at counter said they don’t have a slicer, that they just slice by hand… alright BUT she then recommended not to slice until eating it bc it gets dry quickly. So.. they seem to be aware of this issue but aren’t changing it. I’ve gone in before and waited over 15 minutes for one party ahead of me to order because the owner was just chatting them up. I did say when they moved along “oh is it finally my turn?” And the owner said (offering no apology) “was that too long for you to wait?” Yes, it was. I was by myself and needed to go pick up my kid. Have the conversations at a more appropriate time once all customers have ordered.
TLDR: tasteless, dry and unfortunately inedible baked goods/bread. I recommend spending $ elsewhere.

LOVED this place! We stopped in while in town and were very impressed.
The food and pastries were delicious. The chocolate croissant, pumpkin cookie and biscuits & gravy were our favs. The coffee was delicious as well.
The girl at counter was very friendly and helpful with all questions. The atmosphere was very welcoming with plenty of seating in the main room and the room off to the side.

Love this bakery. They have homemade seasonal syrups for their coffee and an amazing selection of gluten free and vegan pastries. They just made a vanilla vegan cake for my friends sons birthday. With cherry filling and a vegan vanilla buttercream. The kids LOVED it!! And it was BEAUTIFUL!!
