Great tea house with Wonderful staff and delicious teas and food
Awesome beyond compare! A terrific place to meet, celebrate, chat - all occasions - and very reasonable. Everyone feels special there.
The food was delicious and everything was so festive. It made my day
We recently celebrated our mother's 86's birthday at the Ivy Tearoom. And we did have a nice time. The staff are very friendly and answered all of our questions. The teas we chose were absolutely delicious. Our room was warm and comfortable, but the decor was a little too underwhelming. The pastries we were served is why I didn't give Ivy Tearoom a five-star rating. Most were dry and needed a long drink of tea to help them down. There were five of us, and they were pretty stingy with the cream and jam served with the dry scones. The crostini was a very thin slice of Walmart quality baguette with a small nickle-sized dab of the topping. Because the bread was so thin and it was toasted without any sort of oil or butter, it was served dry and crumbly instead of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The slices of sheet cake served at the end with the inedible rock hard store-bought decoration was a disappointment. And the shell of the mini-cannoli was also dry and hard. I was left thinking they were store-bought and left in the freezer too long. I will say the open faced cucumber sandwich and the beignet were both yummy.
I hope the owners of the Ivy Tearoom reconsider ways to improve the pastries they serve. Simple adjustments can be made such as use a half-inch slice of bread for the crostini instead of a quarter-inch slice. And cover the entire surface with the cream cheese spread instead of a small dollop. Provide enough cream and jam for the scones so that the guest can smear some of each on every bite instead of the half teaspoon we restricted ourselves to so that there was enough for everyone. And ditch the store-bought child's birthday cake decorations for the cake. It really cheapens the presentation. Simple and elegant decorations can be made every morning and stored in the freezer until you are ready to serve your cake.
I will most likely try the Ivy Tearoom a second time because of the quality of the tea and the wonderful staff. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
The food and service were great!
Afternoon tea was delicious. I generally don't like tea but the teas at Ivy Tearoom were pretty tasty and on the mild side. I liked that the gratuity was included in the price. Overall a very lovely experience.
Wonderful experience! My 4th time there and it's been great each time.

We had the Merriest Grinchmas at the Ivy Tearoom in the glam cottage decked out for Christmas with all things Grinch! The atmosphere was perfect and so full of Christmas magic. The food and tea were delightful and delicious, and our server Shyla was the best! She was so accommodating and kind. We will make this a Christmas tradition. Also, the cottage was cozy and the perfect temp.🎄
Love the Ivy! Beautiful decor, delicious food, great themes. 5 stars all around!
We had a very nice tea service. We loved the relaxed vibed and the teas were very flavorful. The food was also delicious and nicely presented.
Loved our experience. Everyone and especially our attendant were very helpful and ensured a positive experience. My mom was visiting and it was fun to be able to go (made reservations day before) enjoy different teas, sample the courses, and all in the comfy and stylish suite 3. Go a peek at a few different rooms - such a cute place!
I have been here before but this time it was a bit disappointing. We were the second table to be seated but we had to wait 30 mins for our first course. We had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for water and cream. The food was delicious. The tea was good. The service was not great but I think she was trying.
