Excellent local Cafe good tasting food. Had a great chat with a local retired teacher. Food took along time to come out but they were also slamming and jamming and only have one cook.
Awesome meal, had breakfast there and everyone was very happy. The veggie omelet with green chili was huge, could have shared it easily; plus the biscuit was probably the best I’ve had in New Mexico. Other people in the group had the French toast and a pancake meal both excellent. The biscuit and gravy was huge too and the only complaint on that was that it needed a little more salt which was conveniently on the table so problem solved. Also great service which is a huge plus in today’s world.
Good solid breakfast of eggs, bacon & hashbrowns. Good service. Easy parking.
Always good service, always good food.
We stopped in for lunch on a road trip, and it was fantastic. Great friendly service, and excellent food. We had the grilled cheese with tomatoes and green chilies, cheeseburger, and the chili cheese fries. All the food was hot, delicious, and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this cafe for a great meal.
Very nice hole in the wall. Good food and friendly staff
Small-town charm and atmosphere, friendly people, and a tasty omelette. Even had an gent singing and playing guitar for a Saturday morning serenade.
So cute and clean inside, nice wood floors in a historic building, service and food was great, had that great homemade flavor, and good portion sizes. And if your lucky enough to go on a Saturday as I did you will have the pleasure of listening to Gary, who plays his acoustic guitar and sings old country songs, such a nice suprise, you just don't get that anymore.
Good coffee, great breakfast, off the main highway us60, worth the stop!
Been eating here for 30 years . Wonderful food.

Went on a Saturday. That was an amazing guitarist singing old country songs. Very good ambience. Staff was kind and quick. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced!
Perfect place to experience authentic NM. Be careful with your red or green, both will set you on fire!
The food and portions at the Cafe were fantastic. Beautiful decor in an historic building in downtown Magdalena. Will definitely be back!
