We waited 40 minutes for this trash. The workers were slow, rude, and had horrible customer service. They stood there and chatted while i waited for my food which ended up being disgusting. The orange chicken sauce tasted like orange candy flavoring and the noodles had no flavor. How is this still a business?

My wife ordered as she wanted asian food i ordered a burger next door , i received my food waiting for my wife after 0ver 15 minutes after i got my food my wife is standing waiting for her food . I asked if they would be able to fill her order the cook with a smart attitude smerked say o well they have many orders ahead of hers. I asked if we could get a refund if they were not able to provid the order. The manager politely said they were short handed and had over 5 orders ahead of me wives and refunded us. The cashier acknowledged she should have let us know that it would be a long wait. Greay atmosphere Did not get to try the food ! By our experience communication and a cook with a helpful attitude will improve this location .

10/10/2025 11:30 a.m. The inn presents itself as a relaxing atmosphere with amazing views. Unfortunately, the service we received at Samurai Sam's leaves much to be desired. We are visiting from another state and have always had an amazing experience here, but today as we made our way to the grill, we noticed three servers simply standing in the kitchen section conversing and ignoring our presence. After a couple of minutes of not being waited on, I asked if they were closed, and a young lady stated they were not and proceeded to continue a conversation with the two workers in the back rather than taking our order. We are happy people and often do not complain, but I hope the servers understand just how much of a negative impact their actions have on guests experiences.

Ordered through door dash. Didn't get my drinks I ordered nor my salad. Main things I wanted, the only reason I ordered food. Was to get veggies and sprite to drink. Didn't get either one, but I have plenty of chicken and rice and beef for 2 more days.
Complete waste of time, which is money, and money itself as I don't have my complete order! Maybe your employee should make sure the diver does their job, and make things simple as possible...

A little bit pricey but my food tasted good and the wait was not too long. My server Voni was funny and welcoming. I appreciated her help. My steak and broccoli bowl was the bomb! The restaurant's menu was a nice change compared to what's available in Ruidoso nearby.

I waited about 40 min for a bowl. Had to ask how much longer and they said they were waiting on veggies . Got my food and the rice had sat so long in teriyaki sauce it was mush. Had to go ask for more rice. The veggies I waited so long for consisted of a small scoop of cabbage and two pieces of broccoli. The food tasted fine but definitely not worth the wait
