Wanted to order a pizza combo at this location. But this employee was very rude to me and other clients. First of all, my family asked a question in Spanish and she refused to speak the language. Then we got in line to order. There was an old and soggy pepperoni slice there. When it was my turn I kindly asked her if I can get a fresh slice, which it was already there, just taken out of the oven, and she refuses. I asked her again nicely, if she could give me the other one, and she said no. I got nervous because of her response, and I just grabbed the pizza. Then I told her if I could have Diet Pepsi, and she screams that they don’t have coke products. And I told her again, I said Diet Pepsi. Everyone in the line were confused and annoyed by her attitude. So I turned to my family and said in Spanish, is she not understanding me what I’m saying . Then all of a sudden she starts speaking Spanish, when in the beginning she refused to speak to my family. And it was a good Spanish. It was such a bad experience and I was crying while eating my pizza. So sad I’m in a place where it belongs to the Indian american, and we’re very respectful of their culture, and we’re consuming, and generating more money for them and this place, and understanding them, because I’m also part of a minority here in the states. However, that doesn’t give me the authority to mistreat others, and neither to her. And I’m so very disappointed the company hired people like Sandra, because that’s her name, and also because we had just brought friends to try the pizza, telling them it was great, and this is what we get. And even more, because the prices are high, but we thought it was worth it, and you know what, it’s not at all. This is just unacceptable. I work at costumer service, and no matter what you feel, and how people treat you, you must always be nice to the client. And I never was rude to her, I was very polite and you can ask the people that were behind me. I got 2 witnesses, and I can share their contact. I need an answer about this.

Greetings dear community of visitors, I had the opportunity to visit Sbarro for a slice of cheese pizza ( I wanted the spinach Stromboli but they did not have it) . I paid for it and I requested a glass of water and the lady wanted to charge me 50 cents. Beyond rude and disgusting service.

Talk about some rude service Elliot is extremely rude didn't acknowledge I'm telling I'm adding something else if he got it didn't say a word ask him if he got what I added just nodded poor guy maybe pay him more I dont know how u can put up with employees like this was going to take my business else where but my daughter wanted pizza not that he would care to loose the business manager look into this if you want sales if I could give him 0 stars i would I dont like giving bad reviews i myself work in the restaurant industry and customer service is my first priority

Terrible customer service. The place says its closes at 10 pm went down and verified what time they take their last order prior to going down to the pool the employee states 9:50 sometimes 9:45. I made sure to verify one more time if they would take an order for a whole pizza at that time so we could enjoy the pool and the employee replied yes that is correct. Well we get there to order the pizza at 9:39 and they say they aren’t taking any pizza orders because they are shutting down and there is nothing to be done about what we were previously informed.

One hour wait for a whole pizza? That's the stupidest thing I ever heard of. No one waiting for a whole pizza, no tickets hanging. Ridiculous!!!!Never got to eat!!!Freaking joke!!!

While the food is decent, and the IMG's atmosphere isn't half bad, it's hours of operation are something left to be desired. Why does a RESORT hotel have to keep the Ruidoso "tourist days" for? This day off, but not this day and all over the place. I can see it for much smaller ,local businesses as they only run their businesses 5 days a week. They take off Tues and Wed. But they do post that!!But this is supposed to be a NATIONAL pizza and Italian food eatery? The posted hours for Sbarro's nationally is 7 days a week. So Pizza Hut, McDonald's, and Domino's can seem to run their businesses 7 days a week, but a hotel and casino cannot run a chain eatery the same? This is why businesses don't do well at the IMG. Too many odd hours for everything and "x and y" are open but not z? It's already moderately priced as it is, so please do better.

Service was absolutely horrible, the cashier was rude. It took about 30 to 40 minutes to even get our food and it was cold. I will never go back.

I grew up in Western NY and eating NY Style pizza. I was surprised to find out there was a Sbarro at the Inn. We got a pizza when we got there. It has been 30 plus years since I had their pizza. One bite brought back all those childhood memories. My sons never had their pizza and it is now there favorite. Thank-you.
