The dishes pack some heat, but honey is provided to balance it out. The cafe is also kid-friendly, with tasty options for children. It's a small cafe just off I-40 in Milan, New Mexico, and everything is created with amazing hot red chile. The owner and servers are very friendly, and the place is quaint with a lot of historical pictures of the area. The sopapillas (fried bread) are light and always served warm.
